Okay. Wow. I feel like, we have like a, an extra case of the gremlins, you know, getting into all the, the wires and interfering with our broadcast. So yesterday it was my crazy laptop and today, I don't know, something as weird, something as weird is happening with our servers. So. That sometimes happens.

Do you ever have a day like that, Colin, when technology just seems like it wants to do battle with you all day? Oh yeah. I had a I had a Samsung S 24 Olds for last year. Mm-hmm. And it would just turn off, out of nowhere. I'd be on a call or I'd be doing something, it would just turn off on me. So I've been there.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. It's crazy. Yesterday and today double up. So tomorrow should go flawlessly because we've, we've gotten all the all the possible [00:04:00] issues out of the way before we are live today. So I do see chat active. I see the numbers growing again. So, awesome. It's like, Daniel is

sending out another round of emails so everybody know that it's working now. And yeah. So apologies everyone, but you know what, this is a prime example of the kind of stuff you always run into when you're building a business which is a good lesson for today. Before we get started on the actual content today, is that you should always expect for something to go sideways and call in your experiences in some of the projects you've worked on.

Like, I mean, one of the things that I've noticed about you, which just to give you a little, little side commentary, you can confirm if you feel you feel the same way, but I've noticed about Colin is that when he encounters something that he doesn't understand or that doesn't go right rather than like throwing in the towel or getting frustrated, I, it seems like you always go figure it out.

Yeah. And, you know, that's how I, I think that's how I was, how I was [00:05:00] raised and I played football growing up and that's how I was taught to deal with things, never to give up and just keep. Even if you're smashing your head against the wall, just keep going until the wall breaks down and you go right through.

Right? That's right. Well, yeah, I mean, as an example when you were building here, and I'll bring you on a set of, it's just me, I'll put us both up here. One second. There we go. And, and I can say it as an example you know, watching you build your first app in Buildy I know there was a couple little things that didn't work immediately and but you, you know, rapidly figured them out and and now you've got a, a great app.

Yeah, yeah. In fact, what, what I'd like to do too the audience, you guys can tell us if you're interested in this, would you guys like to see the app that Colin made? We can I, I have a, a a little bit to cover first and then if everybody's interested we can have you share that. Or I can share it and show you what, what Colin built, how it works, and give you some examples of what you will all be building.

So, what's the [00:06:00] consensus in there? Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah. Big interest in that. Okay, good. Good, good, good. Okay. Well, and I put you on the spot, so I hope you don't mind calling. Can I, I don't mind. No. No. Okay. Alright, perfect. Alright, so we'll do that. So in just a little bit, we will show Colin's app and we will give you guys an example of, of what something that you should build would look like.

And so with that I do want to do a quick recap of where you should be at. So yesterday we covered you need to pick a niche, and I gave out our Iki guy training to you all. And and that was included in the yesterday's replay pages. You have access to all the, the written material. And we talked about how to do research and there was a couple of what are called search operators that I gave you that you could use on Google to uncover really gold.

It's a bit like panning for gold when you're doing that and you're sifting and [00:07:00] panning and, you know, you'll get a nugget every once in a while as you're doing that process. And I do recognize that, that that process can be a little bit time consuming. But it is really, I think it's a good experience to go through.

And I think that when you find the nugget, it's like, ah, here's a beautiful problem I can help someone solve. It really opens the door to make to being able to make a lot of money. And sometimes just looking at that with your own two eyes, you know, it, it, it's that experience, it helps you identify it.

But so at this point, those are the two things that you should have decided before you're ready to implement what we're gonna cover today. So today we're gonna dive into actually using buildy and how you create your app. And we're gonna be giving all of you access to the buildy app today at the, at the end of the call.

And so you can all get started building, but before you build, you have to be done with those first two steps. So what I would like to do is spend a little bit of time helping those here who maybe got stuck in [00:08:00] that process, ran into some issues, maybe have a little bit of confusion on it. But I wanna take a, a few minutes to help everyone make sure that all confusion and questions about the research and niche picking stage are complete so that you're ready to build your app today.

Okay. So, let's do a quick round. I'm doing a q and A at the front loading some q and A here, but I wanna make sure you're all up to speed. On that and that all of your questions are answered and you're fully ready to move on to what's next in building an app, which we'll do in just a minute.

So, I'll give everybody a moment to think up what questions you might have or express if you've run into any issues or problems or whatever. Put those in the chat now and we will run through and and help you through all of 'em. And I do also wanna let you all know that you do have access to our support as well.

Okay, cool. And then, yeah. So any questions come in, Colin? Yes. Does Buildy work only in English? No, it works in many languages. In fact, I know, but we have hundreds of people who have built apps in Hebrew as an example of a, as a non-English language. So, what is the exact formatting for the site function in Google?

How does the, and then they put a wild card work where to place it. Question mark. They said, well, you should have the written materials. So there should be a written guide that you have access to on the yesterday's replay page. And in that guide, it has all the search operators. There's [00:11:00] a, there's a, a variety of them.

I gave you some extra bonus ones as well in the, in there. But as an example, a couple of them start with site. So it's site, colon, and then the domain name. But you definitely refer to the written materials for the exact search operators. And the, the wild cards are placed in a very precise place on purpose.

So just use the ones we gave you in writing that are in your documents. Here's a good one. So how detailed can the prompt be in terms of details? I have about 10 ideas, but the prompts are rather long. Might be too sophisticated for what we are doing. Yeah, I would say, especially if it's your first app, go with trying to find one core feature, but I mentioned yesterday, one to three max core features. And if you're making it more complex than that, especially for your first app then that's too much. Yeah, you would wanna trim that [00:12:00] down to trying to find that one big problem from the research that you can solve with a something fairly simple solution.

And usually you can find a simple solution. I mean, Colin, you're a, a great example of that, right? They needed quizzes, so you made it so they can upload their training materials and generate a quiz, you know, pretty straightforward. Yep. Now I could imagine, you know, you, we could have sat down and had a brainstorming session and come up with like a dozen really cool things that we could have added to that, you know, you know, but you know, why do that when oftentimes we can overcomplicate an app and actually make it worse on our users while we're, you know, we're trying to make it better and make it cooler and more interesting.

Yeah. And we ultimately end up making it harder to use and may maybe confusing to our customers. So usually simple is always better. Yeah. And when I made my first iteration of the app I was talking about yesterday, I went with a whole probably five, 10 paragraph thing, [00:13:00] and it just over complicated it and there was more bugs, so that's why I ended up scrapping and then starting with very small details and Buildy builds off of that.

So it really does. It is helpful. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. And and it'll be, we're gonna go through today and I'll show you examples of how to work with Buildy and how the process evolves. And you'll find that if you do a very simple app, sometimes you can get what's called a one shot and pop. The app comes out and it's just perfect.

That's not the usual thing. And the more features you add in, the more your odds of not getting a one shot app, you'll end up having to do a few rounds of adjustments. You'll have to, you know, think of it, like I said yesterday, when you're working with a development team and you're talking to a real human and coaxing it through, right?

So we're gonna go through that today. I'll show you exactly how you work with Buildy to, you know, get what you want. But yeah, the simpler you make it, the the, the less effort and time it's gonna take you to get your app finished. And [00:14:00] honestly, I think you'll make a better app at, at the same time.

Cool. Any other questions? Let's see. Someone says, can you give us some idea of the income that can be made with the application? Don't really have any idea regarding what is possible. Well, I have to be careful about what I say on this because I, I I'll, I'll give a big disclaimer, right? Yeah.

Everyone's results vary. And when you see marketers saying things like, you are going to make x, you should probably turn around and run the other direction, right? Because technically that's not even legal. I don't know if you realize that, but you know, the federal trade communi communica, the Federal Trade Commission here in the United States is very specific about you are not supposed to go and tell people that they're gonna be able to get some, you know, a, a specific dollar amount, [00:15:00] right?

And and in fact when you do that, you get, you know, you get not just legal trouble, but you can get banned on Facebook and Google and all of the big platforms as well. And I don't wanna give. I don't wanna accidentally give a misleading impression. Whereas if I go, oh, well you could make $10,000 a week.

What a lot of people will just hear is, I'm going to make $10,000 a week. Right. Yeah. When maybe, you know what, that's like an extraordinary example of so that being said, some people will make a lot of money, some people will make no money. Some people might even lose money just getting that out of the way.

But with an app like this you could make a six figure, you could even make a seven figure business simply with an app like this. And later today, I'm gonna show you some examples of case studies of people who have done that. But I, I do want, wanna be clear, I'm not making a promise that you are gonna get that specific result.

So, is it possible? Absolutely. It's also [00:16:00] possible that if you just wanna kind of work on the side and you're not, you know, you don't wanna like go all in and grow in a giant business, you can make a, you know, a nice little side hustle makes a few hundred dollars a week and extra side money, you can do that too.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I, I'm curious for you, Colin, what, do you have kind of a target of what you'd like to see your site do? The way I kind of look at it as the, the first thing I thought of was just helping the people around here and helping my wife. Mm-hmm. So I wasn't even interested in the money part until after I figured, oh, this could be a thing that could help a lot of people and not just friends and my wife.

Yeah. So I don't have a set goal or anything. If I make anything off it, I'll be happy. That's where I'm at. So, cool. Yeah. Yeah. I, and I think that's a good attitude to have, especially like as your first app, you know, like if you're, if this is not something you're super familiar with and you're just kind of making your way, I mean, that's, that's a great way to [00:17:00] you know.

Do something fun learn some skills on how to deploy it and be happy with your results either way. And then for those of you out there who, if you adopt that kind of mindset, and then even if your first app doesn't make profit, you know, now you take what you learned and apply it to your second or your third.

Because with building, you can just keep building more apps. You know, if you do, if you build one that you're not happy with or that the results are subpar, you just go through the process again and build another one. And you know, and that is generally my way of operating. So over the years I have tried, gosh, I couldn't imagine a hundred businesses, you know, well, in fact, I know at one point I had we had 2000 websites at one point when we were doing Google Google AdSense.

And that was probably across 200 different niches. So, yeah, so actually I'll up that, so, you know, several hundred businesses I have [00:18:00] tried over the years. And so what I have found is generally about for every project that I put out you know, out of every 10, you know, maybe two or three can become profitable.

And then one is like, boom, it can really scale and be profitable. You know, but even with all my years of experience in doing this and all the resources I have, you know, it's still it takes a lot of attempts before I have my, you know, my profitable winners. So you have to be prepared to kind of go through the process and just keep going.

Alright. What else we got? Someone asked, should I go to replay lesson one? I didn't complete. I'm really sick with the flu, which is really bad. Oh, awful. Yeah. Awful. Awful. Well, okay. Sorry, I'm distracted with stuff behind the scenes here, but okay, cool. Well, if you have the flu, I hope you get better. First of all, I hope you get better quickly. That's that's awful. But yes, you can go back if you [00:19:00] Ms. Day one. You probably should go back and just watch day one for sure.

So go back and check that out and get the results from day one. If you wanna hang out with us here today, that's cool. And I, I think if I had the flu, I probably wouldn't want to sit here and hang out with me, but, but if you want to, I'm happy to have you here. Yeah, it's good. It'd be fun to hang out with you, but definitely go back and watch day one and make sure you get through that.

And, and by the way you know, I I've heard of enough examples of this of people that for various reasons weren't able to attend day one. They didn't have enough time to catch the replays and I know I said that they were gonna be up for 24 hours, but I'm gonna leave them up for a couple more days.

Okay? So, just so no one has a panic attack and misses out and, you know, is wor worried they're falling behind. I will go ahead and leave the replay up at least through the duration of the challenge. Okay? So, we have our the rest of today, we have tomorrow, and then there's still a bonus day at the end of the week for you all.[00:20:00]

So through that whole process, I will go ahead and leave the replays up. Then of course, those of you who have our, the, some of the VIP and other upgrades, you'll still have them much longer. So day one will be there for you for the next few days. I don't want you to have, you know, you got your ticket, you're part of this experience, and if you, you know, I don't want you to lose out because of something that happened in life. Cool. What else we [00:21:00] got? I did Facebook group keyword research and had 30 pages of results down to only four. How many pages would you recommend as a minimum for my app? I would say it's not necessarily about a quota of how many pages you've looked at. It is more about how you feel about it. Which is a, you know, I know it's, it'd be nice to have a more precise definition than that.

Mm-hmm. But

sorry I'm distracted by behind the scenes stuff, but yeah, it's really about you having a point where you, you kinda realize that okay, I have a, a, a. A general good amount of problems. Okay. And remember the last step was to feed them to chat GPT and ask for its opinion. So, you know, if you have, if you clearly identified like 10 different problems, or even five or six similar problems, I think you're probably got enough.

And then you can feed it to chat GPT and you can keep doing the process, [00:22:00] right? So if you get it gather together enough where you kind of feel like, oh, okay, I've got a good number you know, five to 10 problems I've identified and some information, feed it to chat GPT. If you feel good about the answers that are coming back and you like some of the app ideas then you're good.

If you're still feeling uncertain and you're, you know, you're, you're not sure, well then go do some more research and, you know, just kind of repeat, continue that process until you hit that point where you go like, okay, oh, I really love this app idea. Well, let's go with it. So, that's, you know, not as precise of an answer as you might like, but that's, you know, it's a process that kind of brings you to that point of having a, a little bit of a, almost like an epiphany of like, ah, this is the perfect niche, the perfect app.

Let's go. There you have it. All right. Someone says, if you have an idea for an app to solve a problem for a specific group in your network already, can you set it up to sell directly?[00:23:00]

You, well, you could to, you wanna sell access to the app directly? You could. I mean, that's not part of what we're doing training in the workshop about, but technically you could. Yes.

Someone asks, could I create something that helps people with their marketing messaging? You could, yeah. They follow the process. And, and if you're finding that that is a, a problem that is commonly expressed then yes, you could make a tool that does that.

And the other thing I'll, I'll, I'll remind everyone too, the reason I wanna find like real problems being talked about online is because we're gonna go back to those places and we're gonna offer our app for free there. And so, if we're just making up a problem from our mind, like, oh, I think people have this problem, well, we're missing the whole [00:24:00] step, which is gonna come tomorrow, which is how do you get traffic back and get your first batch of users in your app, right?

So if people aren't online discussing the problem, you're gonna have a hard time getting traffic. When we talk about that tomorrow looks like we have one more question for now. Is it too late to get an upgrade? Someone asked. Well, how about this? Hold, hold on. As far as the upgrades because I do have something that I decided I would like to offer and I will a, well, I'll ask everybody here.

So the NCLEX is the test that I was talking about that the nurses take at the end of all their studying. So I kind of have it brand branded towards that. So all you would [00:28:00] do is jump in

and it should load the dashboard here in a second. Hopefully we didn't break your app with our upgrade.

I mean, it'd be a quick fix if so. Yeah, might try, try a refresh on the browser, see if that does it. I.

I'm gonna see any of the other pages. Please log. Oh, I am logged in. That's weird.

Oh, here's the create a quiz thing. At least that, that's something I can show. Okay. So yeah, so the dashboard basically will show if it was showing I'm not yeah, so it would show your te your [00:29:00] number of tests. It'd give you like a percentage. Basically it has a percentage of all your tests combined to show how good you're doing in your studying.

You'll have your quiz library where I don't have anything because I deleted all my tests a while ago. But like my wife has this thing folded, the brim already of tons of quizzes here. I can create one, we'll just call it test. You don't have to give a description. I won't right now. Looks like I don't have any files in either anymore.

I'll have to upload. All right. Well, a little broken right now. But you, you would upload the file, you create the quiz, choose a document, and then you, this is optional as well, but it, you, it'll go based off of your PDF and then you'll create the quiz and it'll pop a quiz taking thing up on your screen.

And it looks pretty good and it works pretty well. I just gotta get the, whatever kink is in there right now from the [00:30:00] upgrade. I'll have to fix that. Okay. So, great. So I, I, I, I'll use air quotes. I upgraded your app. Sorry about that. No, we can, like I said, with, with Billy, that's the thing. It's like I'll type a few things in and it'll be fixed.

I don't have to go and like sit here for hours and figure out what code needs to be changed. I think that's the part of it that's huge. That's gonna help a lot of people. So I will, I can actually work on that right now real quick if I can. Cool. Cool. Well, and so what I'd like to do is show you guys a little bit about how you build these things.

And, and oh, by the way, on your app, your quiz app, so does it do like different style questions of like multiple choice and open or drop? Like what kind of questions does it generate for the user? I made it specifically multiple choice because that's what they've been kind of going through. But it did have a feature where you could make 'em true and false and you could type your own answer as [00:31:00] well.

And I probably will add that later on. It just really depends on how the quizzes are. It's based off the nclex, so the NCLEX is a multiple choice. Mm-hmm. As far as I'm aware. So that's how I have it at the moment. But it's the, the questions are very similar to the quizzes and tests that they have at school is what I've been told.

So it, it's pretty impressive. Cool, cool. Yeah. Well then I know the team behind the scenes is doing all kinds of work as we as we talk here. So hopefully we can come back and take a look at your quiz in a minute. Yeah. And apologies for breaking your app. You know what? I know as you guys upgrade, everything just gets so much easier too.

So I, I noticed that, 'cause when I was building a week ago, I would have a tr I had some trouble. Mm-hmm. And then you guys rolled an update out one night and I got on the next day and. Just typed it in again to try it out. It was fixed. So the upgrades are, I think, definitely worth it. So, no. Right on. Right on.

Okay, well, [00:32:00] so one of the things that I'd like to do is start to show people how Buildy works and how how you'll be using it to build your apps. And I'm curious if anybody here what has an idea you want to throw out and will put me on the spot? Let's see if give me some ideas for a potential app out there and then I'm gonna build one as I train you how to use building to build your app.

So throughout some ideas of problems like you could tell me like a niche and then a problem we could potentially solve with Buildy and just get, toss over some ideas, everybody out there in the chat and let me know what your thoughts are and I'll build something while you all watch and we'll get it we'll get it rolling

oops, I'm trying to forget Sleeper, someone said, what's that? A sleep tracker? Someone said a sleep tracker. Okay. Yeah. Okay, so [00:33:00] somebody who's having difficulty with sleep. So one thing you could do is how about something that tracks daily habits? And so you can see how, what that impact is on your sleep.

Because I think a lot of times I know for myself and my son Nick a lot of times if I'm having sleep or he's having sleep issues, it almost always boils down to some kind of daily habit, whether it's nutrition or otherwise that has kind of messed up sleep. But so alright, I like that one.

So then we're gonna make an app that helps people not just track their sleep, but track. Their habits and how that impacts their sleep. So that would be a great example of something. And I would bet I haven't done the research, but I would bet that there's probably a ton of people online talking about this very topic.

Okay. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go ahead and talk to the app as we prompt it. So you can always click the microphone to talk your app into existence. You can also just type, you can click here and, you know, just type like normal. But I'm gonna go ahead and talk here. I'm gonna put it in, I think, let's see.

I'll put it in plan mode before I submit this, but, so step one is gonna be to generally describe the problem and your ideas of the features that you would like to include. And so we're gonna do that now.

Please help me create an app designed to track daily habits and their impact on sleep. [00:35:00] I would like the user to be able to list a variety of different habits

as well as a place to enter their daily night's sleep, then be able to analyze those results and make recommendations with an AI powered report.

Ideally, it would require someone to enter. At least a week's worth of habits and sleep times before they could click a button and generate a sleep recommendation.

Please help me outline the features and general description of this app so we can build it.

Okay, [00:36:00] so I'm gonna turn it into plan mode. So I click the plan mode and then I'm gonna submit.

So while it's doing it thing, realize that there's a couple of things that I did. First of all, I, I told it we wanna build an app. I told it the general problem that we're trying to solve with the app and then my ideas for features. And and then I've asked it to give me recommendations. And so what it will do is it's gonna then create a, basically a specification of what it recommends and some of the things it may recommend.

I might like, some of the things it may recommend I might not like. And so then the next step is to give it some additional feedback and get it started building my app.

Okay. I like everything that's recommended. So what I'm gonna do, if you just like what it came up with, you just hit implement plan, okay? If you wanna make more recommendations or ask more questions. You can make sure you leave it in plan mode. See it's highlighted as plan mode. And you could ask follow up questions.

So lemme just show you what that might look like. Please adjust the plan to make sure there's a persuasive sales page on the homepage that gives all the benefits and has a strong call to action to start using the app for three. Then it links to a registration [00:38:00] page where they can sign up in order to get access.

So I noticed a couple of things missing. Just that signup flow and kind of like the per the sales page. So I just point out what I noticed was missing or if you, you know, wanna give it some additional feedback on design or if you disagree with something that it came up with. This is just your chance to ask it to revise the plan along with your feedback.

And so I'm gonna submit that now it's gonna do its thing so while we're waiting for it to do a finished thinking and you go through that process until you're happy with the plan that it presents you, and then you click the implement plan button and then it's gonna get to work and it will generate your app.

Now realize you can always modify things, you can always add features later. So if you decide you wanna add additional features, you know, like, heck, maybe I decide I only wanna allow people to [00:39:00] take to track seven days for free before it asks them for payment. You know. I can come back in a week, in a month whenever I have enough users and I could actually implement that by just again, talking to the bot and asking it to implement those features.

And I can do the same thing. I can put it in plan mode and I can give it my ideas and say, Hey, in this app I'm thinking about adding this extra paid feature. How should we implement it? You know, and just while it's in plan mode, submit that and it will generate a plan to help you add additional features.

And again, when you launch, you may want to come back later and, you know, add some affiliate links or add some other kind of links into the process. But through that whole process, you just have a conversation with Buildy as if it were your programmer sitting across your desk for, from you, you know, just talk to them exactly like you would your programmer if you had hired someone to build this app for you.

And so [00:40:00] let's take a look. Okay. It seems like it's got my got the revised plan. Looks good to me. So I'm gonna tell it to implement. So it's now gone to work, it's gonna start writing code. We'll probably see it make some database stuff. I just wanna, I'll leave it up here till I can see it gets Okay.

It's gotten started and it's making, yeah, it's building databases. So all of these are database elements that it is creating and now it's making some pages. Okay, cool. So that process will probably take, I don't know, three minutes, maybe as much as five minutes. Depends on how many pages it makes and all the features, but it will vary.

So you should expect that this part of the process while it's actually building code. Takes a few minutes. 'Cause you should realize that it's literally writing you a custom app from scratch. And that spec that I just, just, you know, talked to the bot about is something that would take a development [00:41:00] team weeks.

If I hired an actual human developer to hand code this, that would be a weeks long project. And so, don't get impatient when it takes three minutes. Right? That's which is so funny in the modern era. As I sit here, watch it doing, you know, literally weeks of work before my eyes and I get in and I get impatient, you know, even though I, it's my app, I know it's take what it's doing and how much work it's doing, I still begin to feel impatient.

Like, gosh, why is this taking three whole minutes? But which is really humorous to me, but alright. Cool. And so what I would like to do while we wait for this to launch, I wanna, we'll do a quick q and a with everyone here about about launching and, you know, about this step part of the process, about getting started with building, building your app.

And so I'll give everybody a moment if you have any questions about this part of the process. Pop those in now. And I do, oh, I also wanna remind you that you will be getting access to build today. So before we go back to the screen and I show you Colin, do we have any other questions? We have a couple. [00:44:00] Once you are happy with how the app looks, how would you suggest analyzing which monetization method to use? So we're gonna talk about monetization tomorrow. And I, the go-to one to always start with would be affiliate marketing.

There are very few niches that there aren't affiliate offers in. So almost every niche has some pretty good affiliate offers at this point. So my go-to is gonna be always that now if you have an existing business, let's say you, for example, maybe you built a course in with, with our push button AI system, or you have another business that you have built that you want to promote, well, you can put links to promote those in your apps as well.

So those would be probably the first two things I'd recommend. Promote your existing stuff if you have things for sale in that niche market and affiliate links. And then we're gonna do the same thing with the email list that is being generated, because that's part of what you get when you have signed up for this challenge is you get not [00:45:00] only the build builder, but you also get our complete email marketing suite that comes with it as well.

So you'll be building a list at the same time and we just send links, you know, we send our affiliate links and whatever else products that if you personally have products for sale, then they'll buy 'em on your mailing list and they'll buy them in the app while they're used the app. And that is always your go-to for the first round of monetization.

And then from there you can we can talk about more advanced stuff, but we're gonna really do a deep dive on that tomorrow, so I don't wanna get too ahead of myself. All right. If we have a signup page, does it automatically link to your CRM? There is a way to do that, and I'm gonna, I'm gonna show you how there's a very specific prompt, which I'm gonna give you.

It will be included with, it's a bonus for day two. Today is our prompt to make sure that your app is connected to your email provider and every lead goes in there automatically.[00:46:00]

Do you need to create a domain each time you create a different niche? I would, yes. I would make a new, a separate domain for each niche that I was in. Or every app can have its own, even if you're have two apps in the same domain, our same niche. I mean, just give it two different domains. Here's another buildy can buildy write good ad copy for your apps?

It can. There are some features coming that, that are, make it a highly specialized copywriting and persuasion tool. But even out of the box with its standard features, it is pretty darn good at writing copy. I'll show you the, it finished my apps. I'll show you that in just a minute. I'm just checking out.

Okay. That's cool. I here, let me go back [00:47:00] to the homepage and I'll show you what it built and you can see for yourself.

So let's pop it into a new window.

That's pretty good copy. So especially considering I didn't guide it at all or give it any insight as to how I wanted it to write the copy. One thing to watch out for, which I gotta say is that, that, that all of the AI tool tools do this it will make fake testimonials. Okay? So you can see here these people do not exist. These testimonials are not real. So I do wanna tell you to watch out for that. And so it's easy to fix that. You can just tell Bill to remove them, or you can give it, you know, some actual user feedback to replace those with you know, get your mom and your brother and your, you know, your mother-in-law to use your app and use their quotes.

But yeah, watch out for that. It will, it, [00:48:00] it loves to invent that and so if you're concerned about persuasion as an example, so we can come in here and I'll, I'm gonna give it some instructions. So watch this. So, please add to the sales copy on the homepage. Do not change anything else, but make the homepage longer and use persuasive direct response style copywriting to make a much longer homepage. Be sure to put the free trial button

in several places as a user scrolls down the page.

Okay, let's submit that. Oh. You know, I'm gonna add one more thing.[00:49:00]

One of the things that I often find out, it's a little tip that I'll give you, is to tell Buildy when you're editing something or changing something with your app to tell it, don't change anything else because it loves to be creative, okay? It is built to be creative. And so sometimes it will look at your page and it will think, oh, I can change this other thing, or I can make this better, or I can improve that.

And it will, it will make improvements without asking you. So, I find it really, really helpful to explicitly tell it, to not change anything except the one thing I'm asking it to change. So that helps if you, if you do run into that where it's making modifications that you don't like add that line in to your statements and it will help that a lot.

So Colin, I don't know if, did that happen to you ever? Did you ever have it edit something and it would just Oh, it take its own creative like [00:50:00] path? Yeah. Yeah. It's happened a few times and sometimes it's like, oh, I forgot to tell it, to not do that. But sometimes it works out for the better. But when you're trying, yeah, sometimes it like, it comes up with great features and, and changes that I really love and it kind of surprises me, but then other times it's like, why did it do that?

You know? Just really weird stuff. It will add or change, but Yeah. But for the most part, I mean, I, I just tell it, no, just listen, do what I told you to do. And then, yeah. But I have a few features in the app that it actually built itself, and I was like, oh, that's a cool add-on. So, yeah, I mean, you can leave it on if you want and see what it does, but when you're just like in the final prep stages of your app where you're trying to fix a few little kinks, it changes things sometimes for the worst.

And it's like, oh, I didn't want you to do that. But the, the cool thing is the restore feature. That's right by the preview button. Mm-hmm. You can restore the page to what it was before. So if you don't like what something it did and you didn't mean to let it do what it wanted to, you can restore. [00:51:00] Yeah.

I'll demonstrate that next. So I'll, I ask it to make changes and then we'll get rid of the changes after it does them. So it's busy making the changes. But but yeah, but again, think of buildy like an incredibly creative and, and a enthusiastically helpful programmer, right? So who's sitting across your desk, he's so into your project and so like wanting to make it awesome that yeah, he'll, he'll like have his own ideas and add them in.

So just kind of, that's, that's why when I don't want that creative input, I always make sure I'm telling it, and this is usually applicable when I'm editing something that already exists, right? So when you're first getting started building, it's not a problem. But once it's once my app is made and I'm now editing it or modifying or adding to it that's when I'm always really explicit to tell it, don't change anything but what I've told it to change.

And, and it, it listens once you do that. Cool. Anything else coming in for questions while we wait for it to [00:52:00] make that change? There was another copy question. Can you have Bill Dright ad copy in the voice of a well known copywriter like Gary Halbert? You could, I could have told it that.

Okay, so now to answer that question while you do that so the you can give it guidance. If there's a particular style or approach you wanted to use in its copywriting or design, you absolutely can do that. So if you wanna say, Hey, I would like you to write like Gary Halbert it will you can give it examples of writing that you like.

You can give it like emotional tone of like, I want you to be cheerful. I want you to write in a sad way. It will follow. [00:54:00] Those instructions. Also if you, the more you tell it about your ideal customer, the more it will tailor the copy to that person, to your ideal customer. So it, it is pretty good at persuasion and copywriting.

So here's my revised one. So I asked it to apply direct response and get very persuasive. And so you can see it gave us warnings. It's got this s strobing button here. Gave us a bunch of direct response style copy be.

And then so let's say for example, you'd also, as you're going through your app, you see something like this button, like you think, oh man, that's very annoying. Then all you do, if you wanna change only this button, you come over here and you click selector. And then I can select the button right there.

And then I can say

I'll turn on the mic, please turn this button green, make it a [00:55:00] little bigger and stop the flashing animation.

Oh, it looks, I didn't get my first part. Make this button green. Okay, we'll submit that. And then what it's gonna do is it will only change that button, and that's the selector mode that you saw there. So

it's busy doing its code

and we'll give it a minute to do that.

You can out of, so you need to get it to go into your email autoresponder and then from there you can export them. Yes.

And yeah, I don't know if I can make this much bigger for the slide stuff. I can, but the problem becomes if I, if I make this too big, it's gonna be hard. Okay. I think that's about as big as I can make it which is gonna make, it's [00:57:00] gonna break the design 'cause I'm zooming in so much. But that should help.

So now I wanna show the feature that Colin talked about, the Restore feature. So let's say you've made a bunch of changes and you don't like them for whatever reason, something's not working right, or you just don't like it, you don't like how it looks, how it reads, whatever. We can always scroll up and at any earlier point we can click the restore button.

Okay. So let's say, you know, you know what? I don't like any of these changes. Let's go back to the, all the way up here. We'll go back to [00:58:00] the version before I made the long homepage. And so then we're just gonna click Restore. It's gonna say, Hey, are you sure you wanna restore? 'cause it's, you can't, can't, you know, can't undo the restore.

So we'll say yes. And there we go. Checkpoint restored. So now we're back to the original. Shorter, but a little bit brighter, a little bit happier design. And it's that simple.

Alright, so now I'm gonna show the app. So we've talked about building it. Let me show you what it made. So first up, we have this really cool registration page. So now we can come in here and we can create a registration page that allows someone to sign up to our app. So when they sign in here, that's how the data goes into our customer relationship management system.

So we can email them, send them lots of marketing messages when they register here. And then also let's take a look [00:59:00] at the dashboard.

So pretty cool. It gives us a, a bunch of data about our sleep habits. So it has populated this with some, like, it has a pretend user data. So where there's there's the sleep log of all the different habits that it put in here. We can go to our habits, we can add a habit so that you want to track and then we can look at the overall view of our dashboard.

There's even a, a sleep trend, so you can track how your sleep is doing

and then your habits, if you're trying to, if you have habits you're trying to get better at, like no caffeine after 2:00 PM it tracks your progress towards achieving that goal. You know, I really like this app. I, I yeah, I like this app. And then what you'll notice is it has populated our app already with seven [01:00:00] days.

I really, I really wanna stress this, is that you're using AI to build an app with ai. So the app I just built is AI powered, so it's gonna take all of the sleep data, all of the habit data that it is collected on, on me. It's going to use AI to then create a custom report for me to offer guidance on what I should do.

It's like a coach. It's like giving me personal one-on-one coaching generated by ai, which is, I, I just can't stress how valuable and how powerful that is. It's it's pretty, it's an awesome feature of building. And whereas many other tools, like if you're trying to use AI coding tools, you would have to go out and find the a the, the APIs out there and on the web, sign up to them, pay for [01:01:00] them, get your key API key.

Use it to then program your app to be able to add this kind of functionality into your app. And it's just natively part of build. It'll just do it for you so you don't have to go through all that technical stuff to bolt in AI features into your app. So let's generate our report.

And so it's actually in real time using AI to analyze and examine all the data gathered. And here we go. So we get a, an overall assessment. We even hit and give us a grade. So we got, we got a b plus. So then it gives key insights. Here are some habit and sleep correlations. So it looked at your personal habits and how they impacted your sleep. And then here are some recommendations personalized for the user.[01:02:00]

And there we go. So then you can export the report or update the report if you don't, if when you have more data that the app has gathered. So, that is pretty amazing. So if you think about that I've spent more time talking than I have actually doing anything with the app. And I, I would guess about five minutes worth of actual work.

I just created an incredibly powerful AI powered app that I can now help people who are struggling with sleep. Isn't that amazing? So, I mean, no, no time in human history has something like this been possible. Like it's, it to me is, is pretty mind blowing, right? And and so now what we wanna do is we would wanna add this to.

Or CRM. And so there's a few steps to doing that that I want to go over. Let's see. The first of which

Let me get into profit platform.com. So one of the things that you got is you also have a membership to profit platform. As part of this profit platform is where you can register your domain names. So when you're ready to put a domain name on your Buildy site, I'm gonna give you one free domain name by the way.

So your first domain, if you're a brand new customer and you've never used profit platform before, you're gonna get one free domain name. Your first year of your first domain is free. It's on me. So you can come in here and register a domain name through the system. This is also where you get your email marketing tools.

And that is under your profit platform. CRM. You see up here at the top right up here. Now when it's time, you've built an app. So let's say like I have that Sleep Tracker app and [01:04:00] I wanna now put a domain name on it and attach my email. So I'm gonna come over here to new site build

and then we're gonna register our domain. So let's call it sleep. Did I spell success Sleep? I just wanna make sure I spell. I don't know why I always misspell success. That's one of the ones I do as well. I don't know why.

So we're gonna try this. I have no idea if it's available, but you can put your domain in here, check. Oh, it's available. Okay. Sleep Success App is available. I can go Next type of website. What you're gonna wanna do is on here, you'll see one that says Buildy Mine. I have, I'm in a demo account, so I get lots of options that you guys will never see, but just in this list of course I have everyone in my account except Buildy, the one I need.

But look for one [01:05:00] that just says buildy. It was only a short list too. I, when I did it, I think it was like four or five different ones and I just scrolled right through it. It's one of the first. Yeah, so select Buildy and then you'll go next and it will be, and it'll then register your domain name and set everything up.

Okay. Once your domain is registered, you'll come over here to Profit Platform. CRM. This again is up here, is where you're gonna get access to your email. So this is where you register your domain and it will automatically be pointed at Buildy. And then we come up here to Profit platform CRM, which by the way, all of these steps will be in the checklist and guides that you have access to.

So we're gonna give those to you on the replay. When this, when this drops, you'll have a replay page with access to all of those. But the point is, you come here and then you get your key. So there are all these keys here. You want to get the key for the, the domain name you just registered.

You're gonna copy it and [01:06:00] we're gonna save it for use later. Okay? And that's it, that's all you're gonna do at Profit Platform. So you register your domain, tell it you wanna build these site, and then get your key for your profit platform. CR. Which we're then gonna come back to Buildy and we're gonna connect it all together.

Okay? Now the next step is to come over here to manage. We're gonna turn on what are called backend functions. So this is just like advanced code and advanced functionality that we're gonna build into your app. We're gonna enable this. Then we're gonna add your key. So you click add variable, and, and we put in our key here.

Okay? So we would just paste it in here. You know, we'd put our A name, I'm gonna give you written instructions on exactly how to do this, but that would be the next step. Okay, let me just close that. And then with that, there is a very simple prompt [01:07:00] that you copy and paste into the chat and it will now connect all of it together.

So, I will give you the copy and paste prompt. It'll be in your upload with the replay page today. You copy it, you paste it into the chat, and then it will pop, connect it all together. And now every time someone registers in your app, they're beamed right into your email. CRM where you can go and send them marketing emails to your heart's content.

You can email them, offers, sell them things every single day if you want. Would like to through that email subscriber list. And that would be the final part. And and then I can deploy my app. And one last thing. You would come up here in the managed tab and under domains. We're gonna tell it that our domain, so what was it?

Sleep success app.com. And then I would say connect domain. Okay, [01:08:00] you do all that. You make sure your app is functioning and everything is the way it should be, and then you hit the publish button up at the top, right? Okay. So when we hit publish, that's the final thing that deploys it to our production servers so that the world can have access and you have high performance high end hosting to back up your app.

Now I realized that I just demonstrated several steps. So you can come back, rewind this video and re-watch the steps. Plus we're going to email it. So you'll have a, a checklist that'll go through all the steps. I just did one at a time. It'll include the prompt that you copy and paste to like connect all the pieces together.

And then your app is deployed and you are ready for day three, which will be tomorrow, will be all about how to get customers. So what I would like to do, I have two things on my agenda. We're running a we're running behind [01:09:00] because of you know, we ran into some tech issues today. But I have two things left on the agenda.

We have another one. I apologize for being late and you may have already addressed this, but when we get a domain, do you suggest we go for a.com or did you say we should do do app? I recommended.com. Dot ai domains are expensive, so try to get a.com if you're really settled on a.ai. Yeah, then yeah, they're expensive.

So I think they start at $99 a year. But [01:13:00] the free domain that I'm going to give you is a.com. It's not a.ai. So you can register.com, dot net or.org through profit platform to claim your free domain. But yeah, if you want, wanna go to a domain registrar and register your own.ai, you can, but it's just not part of what I'm, you know, giving you for free.

Do the apps work on desktop as well as mobile? Yes. Alright.

And I know I saw something earlier that kind of ties into that someone was asking if they can get their app, like on the app store for Apple, and we realize what, yeah, realize we're not making an app designed for the app store or the Google Play Store. So what we're doing is we're making what's called a web app.

So this is and you can it, it's [01:14:00] accessible on both mobile and desktop. And there's a, a, a way to even put a short, like a little shortcut app icon that goes to your app on a mobile device. Maybe I can talk about that a bit later, but but it's different than what's called a native mobile app, which is when you upload it to the Play store or the Apple app store.

So this is a web app which is accessed through the browser but it is completely mobile friendly and can be used on any mobile device. All right. And I, I have actually access, accessed my app as well on mobile and it works well. So, someone asked, does it automatically handle customer service as far as like accessing and resetting passwords?

It, it will have a forgot password feature so that users can reset their password. Yes. Okay.

Does this allow us to get as specific as [01:15:00] font type? I'm assuming like in the app you can request specific font, font types. Yes. You just have to tell build d that's what you want. And absolutely you can do that.

If we already have a domain, do you think it's a good idea to create a subdomain with app dot xx xx.com? No. I recommend you deploy this on its own domain name. Yeah.

And then the final thing is I wanna tell you about how you can hire us to help [01:17:00] you not just do the research. So the, the research phase of uncovering the right problems, figuring out what kind of app to make, deploying and making the app, and then even launching and scaling it to get traffic. Yeah. And it's, I, I like that it's being, you're being creative and thinking out of the box. It's a bit different than what I'm, you know, the, the basic method I'm teaching, but I think it's a, a, a fine way to do research. [01:18:00] Yeah.

Someone wants to know will we be grandfathered with extra features at the $99 a month? And our additional feature, like future features are also included. So you, yeah. Let's take a look at that. I didn't even have to ask it. So let's go over to my dashboard. Let's see, was it under habits or progress? Progress? So he, I'm not doing well here. I'm at 0% progress, but, but there are progress bars, right? So, it can make them and it's pretty simple. If it doesn't you know, it may make one for you automatically depending upon what you're trying to build, but you can explicitly ask for it. You could say, I need a progress bar, and then tell it the functionality of how it tracks the progress. [01:20:00] If you have color choices or design choices, you just tell it and it will build it.

Yeah, and again, think of it like you have a real human sitting across from you and you're gonna describe to that person what you want. You know, that's really how you should think of buildy as you're collaborating with it.

Can you put in real video testimonials into build? You can, yeah. I would say the simplest way to do it is if you have a video testimonial upload to YouTube or somewhere like that to host it.

And then YouTube gives you an embed code. You just copy it and say, Hey, buildy, here's a video from YouTube. Put it on the page and it will do that. Yeah.[01:23:00]

And then Andrew asked, can we recap what is coming now as in like, the development and coming soon and then when so I'll, I can do a quick recap. I don't wanna, do we have, there's a lot. It's a long roadmap and a lot of features, so that'll take a while. But I can tell you that we have workflows coming.

So like, if you wanna have it where it does a whole series of actions, you know, like, hey, take the user's input. Send it to a, an AI and ask it to create a prompt to then make a video, you know, or, or prompt to make a, an image or go out on the web and look for news articles and create a newsletter.

Right? So any kind of a step-by-step workflow like that. So we do have a workflow builder that we're, we're actively in development on now. Probably it won't be released, we'll release it in beta. I mean, two weeks at the absolute soonest could be as much as four weeks out. That's an example of a really [01:24:00] powerful feature.

And then we're building in a bunch more integrations of AI features that you can build into your apps. Things like web search scraping web pages. We're making it easier to clone existing webpages. So if you find a website online you really like, we wanna make it super simple to clone the look and feel and design of it.

We have, well, we have some features that are gonna be related to agency edition. And that those will be like ways to, well, I'm not gonna get ahead of myself, I'm gonna leave those secret for now. So there's a example of some of the things on the immediate roadmap and there's a lot more coming.

Yeah, my data scientist's son Dylan actually has my favorite feature of all. So I, I guess I'll talk about that real quick. And then I wanna dive in to see how we can work together. [01:25:00] Okay. So, so Dylan and team, he's leading up the team over this area. They are. Building like a, a, a agent swarm.

Okay. So right now, building is an, is an agentic system. Meaning it, it has different specialized functions that work together as a, as a team. And we're taking this concept and we have something that we have been experimenting on. That is just amazing. I built an app with it last night that just blew my mind.

But what it does is it makes this so that there, we call it the orchestrator. So the orchestrator, you talk to the orchestrator, right? And the orchestrator helps you. It's, it's your advocate and it helps you come up with ideas. It helps you figure out what features you should have. It makes recommendations and suggestions.

It keeps you updated and informed on what the tech, the development team is doing. Then you have a design agent who's [01:26:00] their holy job is to make a beautiful design. Then there is what's called a front end agent, which actually writes the HTML code to implement the design. Then there's a database expert who only works on your database.

Then there is a backend coding expert, right? So it's this whole swarm, this team of agents and they all work together with an orchestrator who's kind of like making them all collaborate with each other. And we're doing this in a way that I, I've not ever seen it deployed like what we're going to be releasing.

And it's designed to help make even more complex apps easy to build. So, you know, right now it's super simple to be able to one shot a simple app, like you saw me do that today, but we're gonna be making it so that it's even easier to make really complex apps and really beautiful apps as well. So that is something that is coming.

That is probably about four weeks from being deployed to our [01:27:00] public servers so that you guys can have access to it. And as a member of building, you will get that at no additional cost. So that's an example. And the other thing that this enables once we deploy this new agent system is highly specialized agents which are things like an SEO agent where you can say, Hey, can you make, have the SEO agent optimize this page for this keyword?

And then the SEO agent will wake up and go to work on your page and actually optimize the page to rank for that keyword. There's another one, which is an agent that's it's hold specialty is getting your website to be talked about by the ais, right? So AI optimization. So if you want chat GPT to recommend your app to people in chat, GPT or you want Google Gemini to recommend your app, well there's a specialized agent that will be deployed that will actually make that happen.

So those are a couple examples. And then we have [01:28:00] a persuasion and marketing agent who will analyze your pages and make your a copy more persuasive and help you sell more. So there's a whole bunch of these agents that it will be coming online. So there you go. There a little more insight into the future.

So, I'd like to give you a. A more hands-on way for us to help. So I recognize that, you know, a course or a workshop or a challenge can sometimes leave you where you're not fully implemented, you don't, you're not able to get the full results. And and sometimes you might have wished you could get some extra help beyond just the course or the workshop.

And so we're gonna talk about that. And of course you already know as you've gotten to this point in the training that I've been showing you how to use AI to build a money generating software app. But that's not the only thing you can build with buildy. Okay? And now I do wanna give someone some credit real quick. So some of you may know this guy, some of you may not. His name's Ross. So Ross is actually the guy who inspired me. Okay? So, he is like, I, I've known him for many years, by the way. So I've known Ross a long time. He's involved in the online business community.

And he's not a very technically inclined guy, which is kind of funny 'cause you know, he's a internet, CEO he is made a lot of money as a marketer on the internet. And but he, he's really not very good at technology. And so he came to me some time ago. Carrying on about how he could build [01:34:00] software in two hours.

And I didn't believe him. I actually ignored him. I'm like, I, I seemed unbelievable. It seemed too good to be true. So I ignored him, paid no attention to it. But he, he was persistent. He kept calling me, he kept messaging me. He wanted to show me how he could build software in two hours. And so I agreed to, you know, I like Ross.

I respect him as a business owner and as a marketer. So I, okay, fine. Show me how you did this. And he started to show me about this vibe coding thing about how you could talk to AI and have it build you apps. And so he started to show me some of the tools that were out there and some of the apps he built.

And he did some amazing stuff. Like he built a project management app and then turned around and sold it to a business for $8,000. Like it was an app that took him like, it wasn't even a full day's work, less than one day's work. And he turned around and flipped it and sold it for eight grand. He did it again.

He made a, a, a, a little app that checks phone numbers to see if you're listed as a [01:35:00] spam caller, you know, which is great for like telemarketing rooms and salespeople to see if your phone number is listed as a spam number. And he made this little app, again, a few hours last than a full day's work. He sold it for 18 grand.

So he proved me wrong. I didn't think it was possible. He demonstrated that it was, and he started to show me some of these these apps, these vibe coding apps. And it became apparent to be pretty quickly that non-technical people were gonna get lost. They were confusing, they were difficult to to use.

Sometimes you could get an app out of 'em, but a lot of times you could get stuck in a error loop of death, right? Where you're just going in circles trying to fix errors. In fact, Colin, I think you have probably experienced that. Yeah. I know you've done some vibe coding. Have you ever had that happen?

Oh yeah. I sit there for, I plan on sitting down for like an hour and doing some vibe coding for an app, and then I'll sit there and like, it'll be two in the morning [01:36:00] and I'm just look at the clock and I'm like, oh, whoops. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. And so that is why I became a partner and founder of Buildy, right?

So I went out and I have spent a, a, a small fortune acquiring a company and acquiring their technology to build our own AI coding app. And that's where Buildy was born. And so we can all thank Ross for that. And Ross is still involved. That's what works for setting up together. And what I love about this is it's actually done for you by this team of [01:38:00] AI agents. So especially if we decide to work together, there's some additional features, some hands-on stuff, some done for you services.

And it actually becomes way easier so that anyone can succeed, not just with building an app, but launching it and getting it profitable.

And the reason I love this strategy so much is this phrase right here. And if you've, if you've known me for very long, you've probably heard me say this before, but this is a line that is made famous by a guy named Joe Vitali, full credit to him is one of the minds behind the Secret, if you remember the secret manifestation Law of Attraction book.

And he says, money loves speed. And it is so true. Every single time I've been able to take quick action and get from something in my mind to something out there existing with customers, the faster I do it, the more money I [01:39:00] make. And it is almost, it is like a law, a, a law, like a law of the universe. The faster you take action and keep moving and staying in action towards your goals, the more money you make.

Which is kind of sad because I've seen so many newer entrepreneurs who haven't yet kind of quote unquote made it. And they get stuck not being able, you're sort of held back. You can't go into hyper speed and, and get into this money making mode. 'cause things just get so, like you get tripped up along the way with one thing or another that either you don't know or you don't know how to deal with.

Now, Gary Vaynerchuk, he's a pretty famous marketer. Anybody here know who Gary is? Gimme a yes or a not yet in the chat. Gary says, speed is the only thing that matters. It's 4 billion times more important than perfection. And I can tell you this is absolutely true. This is the other thing that, that I live by.

I live and die by this in my [01:40:00] entrepreneurial career. And I think it's the single reason why I've been able to generate over a hundred million dollars in revenue is because I move fast. I get stuff out there. Even if it's not perfect, even if it's, you know, needs improvement, I get it launched, I get it out there, and then I improve it as I go.

And Gary says it's 4 billion times more important. It seems pretty big right now. I don't talk a lot about like. Money and success. I'm not a, I, I tend to live a, actually a pretty frugal lifestyle. But I've, I've had some, some decent success over the years. So we're gonna talk about people who have built apps, simple apps, and made a lot of money. Some made a little money, some made a lot of money. But I want you to know that when I show you case studies or examples or testimonials, I show [01:48:00] you my results or a student's results.

I'm showing you these things because they're extraordinary. Don't ever think that what I'm showing you is like the average or typical result. They're not. They're extraordinary. Because I wanna motivate you, I wanna inspire you to keep moving forward and keep taking action. That's why I'm showing them to you.

So don't take this as me trying to explain, there's some magic loophole that you're gonna be able to make. The first 12 months, I didn't make it on this one. We got close though. Still a win, wouldn't you say? And so here's a different PayPal account with a different business, [01:50:00] and this one is $1.1 million.

So we did make it here. And then finally, I'll show you this one. This is what I call my Freedom business. This is the first business that really showed me what was possible in the world of online entrepreneurship. So this business goes back several years, but right out of the gate, the first few years, it made me $15 million in revenue.

And it set me free. It enabled me to stop being anchored to my desk working late nights. It saved me from not being part of my kids' lives. So, you know, when my oldest was pretty young, it used to drive me nuts that I did not have the time to spend with him. And this business completely changed my life.

It enabled me to spend as much time as I wanted with my boys being part of their lives, helping to guide their growth and their path forward. So this is the business that did that for me. And I'll, I'll forever remember that. And [01:51:00] so these days I have a secret weapon. The secret weapon that I deploy to make a new business profitable fast is that I do it with software.

Yes, I sell courses. Yes, I sell trainings and workshops and education. But how I make them incredibly profitable and how I make it happen fast is by bundling it with software. You can do quizzes and assessments and guides that are all digital and made by ai membership sites, databases. Like if you have a database of valuable information you know that if in [01:52:00] fact rewinding that's what this business was, this was a database of valuable information that I sold access to let people log in and search the database.

Well, you could make one of those. And also really simple web-based tools. Think calculators and generators and things that are really quite simple. And so what I'm gonna go over with you is how you can create your own profit weapon like I do, even if you're terrified of technology, right? So maybe the thought of talking to an AI or working with our build software even though it's really simple, maybe that really scares you.

I already have 200 visitors and 32 signups. Here's another one. This is actually one of Ross's students. You heard me talk about Ross earlier.

So that pdf f is from her course then basically right from one of her courses. Yep. And then you can come over to create a quiz.

We'll just call this test one, choose a document. Oh, it has a lot of the, a lot of her PDFs already in here. I've done a lot of testing obviously, but I'll push it. You can do beginner, intermediate, or [03:07:00] advanced level. I'll leave it at intermediate and I'll just do 10 questions for now. So it's not, the more questions you do, the longer it does take and it'll do like, I think it's 50% more questions than you ask for.

And it'll get rid of the duplicate questions. 'cause I was having an issue with duplicate questions at first, and then Billy came up with that idea, which works really well. So create the quiz

and this just takes a minute.

I gotta say, this is so cool. I I, I really love the app you built. Yeah. And it, it made it so much easier building it with Build to, it was just access denied because does not belong to you. Oh, interesting.

When your, when your app is publicly deployed, you have to push the publish button after you've edited it. Boom. So here we go. Yeah, there's a test and then I can run through real quick and show you after the fact.

I'll just put random ones. I'm not gonna be able to get a good grade on it anyways. I think you're gonna fail. Yeah, I'm pretty Get 'em all right now. And submit quiz. I could have done worse. And then it'll go [03:10:00] through and it'll tell you, it'll give you the explanation for each question. That way you're not just getting tested and it's telling you you're wrong or you're right. It's giving you the explanation as well, which is a big study thing That is helpful.

I, oh, right on. Yeah. I like that. Yeah, it's pretty killer. Everyone's seeming to like it. That's been using it. So then you can do a new quiz or you can retake the quiz and then if you wanna leave, you can just hit your dashboard and it'll show you your total quizzes. So I have three in this one. Documents, attempts, and your average score, which obviously mine isn't great 'cause I'm not a nurse, but yeah.

That is what it is. I haven't messed I think the analytics is kind of the same thing. And it'll tell you in your category, in your categories. 'cause you select a category for each thing. It'll show you what your performances for each category. So if you have like. Because right now my wife has five different classes.

She'd have her categories [03:11:00] as those five classes, and it'd tell you your performance in each class, like for your attempts, for your practice quizzes. That's cool, huh? Yeah. Yep. And then your quiz libraries right here, you can see all my tests. Wow. Oh, man. Yeah. I really like that. So, impressive. Yeah.

Yeah. Here, I'll bring this on video here for a moment. So, so you've just deployed that and, and now the process begins of getting users, right? I think you've started by just the local nursing school. Yeah. Yeah. Just getting my wife over there, just spreading the word. And then on school I'm going into school groups and Facebook, I'm going into Facebook groups and sharing the app.

And now, after yesterday, I'm going to go to the Reddit pages as well and just drop it and say, this is a helpful tool. That's cool. I mean, the [03:12:00] other thing too is, you know, there's a lot of strategies of social media where they tell you to like, do kind of rude strategies, I guess, for lack of a better word, where, you know, like think of yourself at a party where you like butt in and say like, Hey, buy my stuff, you know?

Yeah. It, and it, I mean, it can work, but it's, yeah. It's, it's, it's very different than what we're doing here because you're finding discussions where they're like, you know, it'd be like walking by a group of people and you hear them talking about how they all have this huge problem and it's like, oh, hey, did you guys hear about this thing?

It totally fixes that, you know, and then, and then you're in and you're out and you move on, and then they're ha and they actually are like, wow, who is that guy? He's pretty cool. Yeah's. You know, so it's a, yeah, it's, it's a lot different than, you know, kind of being a little bit, i'm trying to think of the right word.

A a aggressive and just Yeah, you're, you're not bringing it up. It's already a thing that's being talked about kind of thing. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. It's not spam. It's actually helping them with the discussion that they're already having. Right. [03:13:00] Well, we're gonna get into that tomorrow. So tomorrow we're gonna talk a lot more about that process of how do you use these groups and subreddits and other places online to then get your first batch of users.

And then from there, there's some things that you can do to make your app viral so you can get your users to actually recommend your app to their peers. And so for you calling, I think this is gonna be super useful because all the nursing students, you know, I mean, they're with each other what, almost daily?

Yeah. So the ability for that app to go viral is gonna, I think, gonna be very big. Oh yeah. 'cause I mean all, all the nurses, even just at the local college, it's, my wife told her three friends in her group, and I already have like a big handful of people that have signed up for the app and I have a good amount of names already in emails, so it's spreading pretty fast.
