Day 1 Resources:
Just 3 Days Workshop - Day 1
=====
[00:00:00] Bill: Hey, welcome to the three hour workshop. It's day one of the three hour workshop, and I had a guest who, who decided to come wander in here just, just as he's going live. You wanna come say, hi, Bo. Come, come on up. Oh, you just wanna hugs? Okay. There he is. There he is. So we get our, our special guest appearance from Bodhi.
[00:00:25] So you're gonna get me all hairy just in time for the show. Okay. All right buddy. Gotta go. Gotta go. Bye-bye. Go on. Go find mom. Go find mom. Where's mom? Go on.
[00:00:40] Hi everybody. So it's Bill and yeah, we're gonna get this challenge started. Do me a favor and give me a hello in the chat. Gimme a big warm hello in the chat. Let's see how we're doing attendance wise. It does look like we kind of sent out the links a little bit late, so we have a few stragglers coming in.
[00:01:00] Let's see here. Got a lot happening here, so, it is, it is incredibly exciting times. Over here we have we have some amazing technology that is being, being created for you. And it's it's all coming together, like literally as I sit here and then have this conversation with you. So I do wanna welcome you and I think I, Daniel might join me for just a few minutes.
[00:01:25] Just want to collaborate here and make sure we get everyone invited to the show. And we're waiting for Daniel to come in and say hello. But I do wanna give everybody a moment to get in. So thank you for everybody who got here. Despite our last minute notifications, you got here right on time.
[00:01:44] So two thumbs up for that. But I do wanna be courteous for those that we did get the notifications out a little bit late, so I wanna give everybody just a minute to kind of get settled in here and make sure that all of our notifications went out and that nobody misses out the broadcast.
[00:02:00] So, looks like we have, okay, so we have about a third of the ticket holders are here at the moment. So we'll give a moment here and I'm waiting to see if Daniel joins me, and then we're gonna get started. And so just to remind you, you're so you know, you're in the right place. This is the just three hours workshop and together starting today, we're gonna be spending about an hour per day.
[00:02:28] And I may end up hanging out with you guys longer than an hour if you want me to. So that'll be kind of like on an as needed basis. But my goal is to get you in and out in an hour at least in terms of when we start. So we're running a couple minutes late today, but so my goal would be to get you in and out in an hour.
[00:02:45] Then I may hang around and do q and a and it is completely optional if you want to stick around and do that q and a with us. And and yeah, so that is that is the plan and oh, I see Daniel did join us. Hey Daniel. Hey
[00:03:03] Daniel: Bill.
[00:03:03] Bill: Am I coming through? Yeah, yeah,
[00:03:05] yeah,
[00:03:05] Bill: yeah. Coming through. So, the reason I wanted to have you pop in is I noticed attendance looks a little bit light.
[00:03:10] We got about a third of the buyers, of the ticket holders in here. So I wanted to see if there was any other notifications that we could send. Did the text go out yet? That would be the other thing to check
[00:03:23] Daniel: checking now. Okay. Looks like the text is just starting to roll out, so, okay.
[00:03:32] Looks like the text is just starting to roll out. So that should help attendance here in the next,
[00:03:36] Bill: Few minutes. Okay, good, good. And then you know what, why don't even just send another email. Why not just make, make it really short and sweet, say we've gone live. Hurry, here's the link and put the link there.
[00:03:48] If you can pop that out for me. If you haven't already, you might've already done that, but
[00:03:54] Daniel: no, I I, I'll do that right now. Wouldn't wanna miss, wouldn't want anybody to miss this awesome training, so, or workshop, excuse me. So I'll definitely do that now.
[00:04:02] Bill: Alright. And and I don't know, did you see the stats for the number of tickets sold?
[00:04:09] I did.
[00:04:10] Daniel: Mission shouldn't accomplished. Mission shouldn't
[00:04:12] Bill: accomplished. Alright, cool. Well, hey, everybody. So yeah, we'll give everybody a minute to check in. And you're gonna hear me repeat some of what I'm about to tell you now when I give everybody a minute to get here when, but again, thank you for coming on time.
[00:04:26] I, I apologize for the late notification of of you know, the room so you knew where to come and meet me. So I wanna be courteous to those who may not have seen that on time at the same time. You guys are awesome for being here right on time. And what we're going to do again, I'll, I'll explain this again in a minute, but what we're gonna be doing together is we're going to plan out an entire business together.
[00:04:48] We're gonna start today. And then today is gonna be a little bit of research. So there's gonna be some research strategies that I'm gonna teach you, a little bit of soul searching. You're gonna actually have to look within for what we're gonna be doing today. And I wanna, I wanna ensure that your next business when we started here together is one that not only is wildly successful and makes you a lot of money but it is fulfilling to you.
[00:05:13] At the same time. I have been in businesses in the past where they were successful. Well, some were successful, some weren't. But they were businesses that I, I kind of didn't care about. My heart wasn't in them, as you might say. And I know from personal experience that, that, you know, once you get over the initial rush of the business getting started.
[00:05:34] It gets to become a real drag. And it can actually I mean, I don't know if you've seen this phenomenon where you might see influencers or business owners who they build a business and then they're miserable. They really, they're, they're just miserable with the business that they build. And so what I wanna do today is ensure a couple of things.
[00:05:52] We're going to ensure that, number one, you don't start a business. You're gonna be miserable in, in a, you know, a month from now, six months from now, a year from now. I want you to have a business that is rewarding to you and that you are happy to own and happy to work with your clients. And I wanna make sure that you're armed with all of the information and all the knowledge to make sure that you make a lot of money.
[00:06:15] Like, that's my goal today. So today is gonna be all about getting the research done, getting prepared, and then tomorrow is gonna be all about actually pushing the button to launch the business. So that, that's the plan with all of this. And that's kind of the order we're gonna do things in. So it's all about, today is all about research and development.
[00:06:36] You know, sort of like market research. Tomorrow is all about building. The third day is all about launching and getting revenue coming in. That's, that is our agenda for our experience. And then let me check to see if we've got more people. Tune in now. Audience is building a little bit, so I'm gonna give just, just another minute or two and then we're going to kick things off.
[00:07:00] Okay. Awesome, awesome. A little thing here too about how our our system works. There is a private chat oh, it looks like, and by the way, am I coming through? I don't know, I saw something weird happening on the screen over here. Hopefully this is coming through. Okay.
[00:07:20] Daniel: Yeah. I'm hearing you loud and clear on my end.
[00:07:22] Bill: Okay. Okay. Well
[00:07:23] Daniel: then
[00:07:25] Bill: good. All right. So we're good. And then do you know if that e that SMS completed, Daniel? And if oh, there. I just got it. I just got one.
[00:07:37] Cool. Cool. Yeah, it looks like
[00:07:38] Daniel: it was complete.
[00:07:39] Bill: So good. Good. So the SMS went out, did that final going live email, go out,
[00:07:47] Daniel: hitting send
[00:07:48] Bill: on
[00:07:48] Daniel: it now.
[00:07:49] Bill: Awesome. Okay. Well then after that I will say that you know, we've done everything we can to, to notify everyone. And so hopefully they get in here and can be part of the live experience.
[00:08:00] If not, if you're watching this after the fact, we will be live. Tomorrow. Okay, so we'll be live again tomorrow. Live again the third day. So you got three days with me. And so I'll give it just a minute more and then we're gonna officially kick things off. And it gives me lots more time to get some caffeine in.
[00:08:21] Definitely gonna need it.
[00:08:27] And so let's do this. I have a question for you. So for all who are watching me now who here already has an idea of what you want your, that this business we're gonna launch together? Do you already kind of know what niche you want to go into? Let me know yes or no. No, no answer is better than the other.
[00:08:47] It just helps me understand where everyone is at. Do you already have an idea of what you want your niche to be? You know, you're pretty certain about it. You know, you like, I wanna be in this niche or say yes or no. Lot of yeses. A lot of yeses. Okay. And so there we go. Now nos are coming. Now nos are coming.
[00:09:04] Yeah, everybody make sure you answer that, that for me, it'll help me a lot. So I know kind of how to go about today. Okay. Cool, cool. And then let's see there I do see somebody, Daniel, in the chat talking about getting a code or something. I, do you see that?
[00:09:27] Daniel: If they if you happen to see that message and you enter the email that you registered with, you should be able to get access. Although I don't think they can hear me now that I think about that. So I'll, I'll respond in the chat and make sure. Yeah, maybe
[00:09:40] Bill: because they don't need a code, do they, to get into the, the day one room on our page there, there should be no code, right?
[00:09:47] Daniel: No, no. They would just, they just enter their email when the, the stream asks, and then they'll be able to get in. Okay. Just a fun way that Streamy Yard works. But as long as they're entering their email, if they, well, why are they seeing
[00:09:58] Bill: that from Streamy Yard?
[00:10:01] Daniel: The, I can change it, I believe. Here, let me see.
[00:10:06] But keep, I think I can remove that here.
[00:10:10] Bill: Oh, okay. Yeah, I'm not sure. So yeah, we shouldn't, we shouldn't have a code. It should just be they go to the page and it should just play. So, alright. No, that's been fixed now. Okay. Okay, cool. Well, if you can help those who are having a little bit of an issue with that in the chat, then apologies everybody.
[00:10:28] Yeah. We are from here out, you won't need a code. You'll just come to the page that we give you and you'll be all set. Okay. And then Daniel, we can chitchat about that. Afterwards.
[00:10:42] Okay, cool. Well then I think it is time to officially begin. We'll give everybody just one last minute to get here who had a code and we have removed the need for a code. So hopefully hopefully that makes it more streamlined for everyone on. Cool. Cool. All right. So we have, we're right at about 50% of the ticket holders are here, so I am going to get started.
[00:11:10] Alright, so if you are watching this back as a replay just know we will be live tomorrow and this replay will remain in this page for the next 24 hours. So you can watch this back at your leisure. And for those of you who are here with me live, you will also be able to watch this back and come back if there's something we go over, you wanna rewind and rewatch.
[00:11:32] This will be in the page for 24 hours after the live session. And then tomorrow it'll will be on to day two. And then we'll be on to day three. And I wanna welcome you to the just three hours workshop. And again, to remind you what we'll be doing together this starts today. We're gonna be spending an hour per day together and have a very specific agenda designed to help you almost have an insurance policy of success.
[00:11:59] And what we're going to do together. Is first today we're gonna be digging in and doing the deep research necessary to make sure that number one, you are in the right niche. And sometimes I see people that they know their niche, but they're off, but they're off the mark just a little bit. So they might say something like, you know, I'm in the pet niche.
[00:12:19] And sometimes after doing a little bit of deep research, you might find that you really zero in on what in the pet niche, you know, you might be in. Or maybe you say, I'm in the natural health niche. Well, with the right research, you can really zero in on exactly what the right niche market is for you. And so those of you who already have an idea, when you're arriving here today, you already have an idea what you want your niche to be.
[00:12:45] I want you to open your mind just a bit and be willing to, to think about shifting and adjusting and moving around just a little. I'm not saying you have to change your niche. Just open your mind to being flexible about, you know, your exact niche market. And when we talk about a niche market that's really just, you know, you wanna think about it as the people, you know, a lot of people will think of a niche as like a set of keywords or a topic that's not the niche market.
[00:13:12] Your niche market are the customers. And we really need to break that through this, this core idea and the business we're gonna build today is about the people. Everything we're gonna do from the research to the building of the site and everything else is gonna be focused on yes. Ah, great time. Yeah, great time for my allergies to act up there.
[00:13:37] But so everything we're gonna do is gonna be about those people and making sure that we are aligned with them and providing them value in some way through the business we're about to launch together. And that is in where you have success. It's where you align your ideas and your goals with what you want for a business, what niche you wanna be in, and you align it with the people.
[00:14:01] And you stop thinking about keywords and topics and things like that. And instead think of like, that you think of the, your, your customers, your potential customers as you look at them as your niche instead. And it's a subtle shift in the way you think about a niche market, but it's an important one because it will help ensure you have success.
[00:14:20] And we're gonna do research today to dig in deep so you fully understand who your niche market is and if you're one of the people who does not yet have a niche market selected. This process will help you pick it. So my goal today is that you come through today with all of the information you need about who your niche is, not what it is, who it is and deep information about them.
[00:14:45] So you know exactly what to sell 'em when we start tomorrow. And then tomorrow we're gonna launch your business. So you're getting access to a whole suite of tools. And just to remind you, we've given you a free trial to get access to those tools. So you'll have plenty of time to use the tools.
[00:15:04] I'm gonna teach you how to use them. I'll show you specifically step by step how to build your whole business using our push button business building tools. You could launch your business. I'm gonna as a gift if you're a, well, if you're a brand new customer and you've never hosted a website with me before, then I have a gift for you.
[00:15:21] If, if you're an existing customer, you're already hosting sites with us you already got your gift. But those of you who are brand new to building businesses with us and hosting sites with us, we will give you a domain name. So free. You're gonna have your first year of your domain name. You're gonna have access to the business building tools.
[00:15:40] So you can launch the business, build it, get it on the internet, get it published, actually have it completely ready to have orders coming in the door. And that it will be the end of our process. So it'll be built ready to launch. And then on day three. We're gonna give you your launch plan. So now what do you do with that business?
[00:15:59] You've you've built it, it's published on the web, and how do you actually launch it so that you get customers coming in and get revenue coming in? So that's that is my agenda with you for the next three days. And then of course, I hope you love the business building tools. I hope you love the business that you build with us, and then you keep it.
[00:16:19] And then the, the, you can continue to pay for the business building tools going on into the future. So that's my not so sneaky agenda, is that I wanna do an amazing job with you over the next three days so that you love the business you built and you keep working with us and you keep paying to host and use all of our tools and then you can build more.
[00:16:40] So that's the beauty of our site building tools. You know, let's say you wanna build a second business or a third business, or let's say, you know, three months down the road you decide you wanna build a fourth business. You can build as many as you want. We have no restrictions. At the access level that you have gotten, we have given you a free trial and you can build as many as you want.
[00:16:59] So if you decide you ultimately don't like the business you built today, you can build another one and another and another. So that's that is the agenda. But again, remember it's a free trial and. Make sure you check your, you know, check the emails we sent you, but it should be about three weeks from the time you signed up for the challenge.
[00:17:17] It should be a 21 day free trial is, I believe, what we have set up in there. But but check that out, refer to the emails and documents for clarification on that. And then in 21 days, then the first monthly payment would, would commence. Okay. Cool. Awesome. Awesome. A few more people have gotten in here.
[00:17:37] And then let me pull up my notes to keep me on track for today's agenda. Oh, also VIPs. So some of you have VIP access. We have two of these advanced programs. And I want to clarify for those of you who got those, what those are. And so the first one is our Elite, which that program, in fact, you know what, I'm gonna pull the page over here and I will just show it.
[00:18:06] I wanna get through that really quick so everybody understands the differences between them and what you got. Okay. So our basic level, everybody has the training and then the free trial to our business building tools, which by the way, our business building tools have never been for sale like this before.
[00:18:27] We have never offered a inexpensive low ticket or free trial of any kind in the whole history of, of doing this. And so starting with these workshops is the first time people have been able to get access to these tools you know, without many people spent $1,500 or up to $5,000 to get access to the tool suite that we're, we're gonna be granting you access to here.
[00:18:51] Okay, so then let's move on to,
[00:18:56] my browser is going crazy. Come on. I have, I have 400 tabs open right now, so it's a little bit, it's going a little crazy. But let's share my screen.
[00:19:09] And you guys have all probably seen this.
[00:19:15] This is the elite program, so I wanna make sure again, those who got elite we will be hosting a private office hours private session. That'll be that normally only our VIPs who pay $5,000 get access to. You're gonna be invited to that. So it's A-V-I-P-Q and a session with me and several members of our team and our staff.
[00:19:34] That's part one. Part two is the courses and the materials that you build with this tool. If you would like me to take a look at them and give you advice that is included as well. Plus we have what's called our Course Creator Workbook. That will be given to everybody in Elite as well. There's a million dollar toolbox.
[00:19:54] Everybody in Elite will have access to today's recording for day one, two, and three for 30 days. So all of the, the default is everybody who's here has 24 hours of replays. So if you'd like 30 days access to replays that is included in Elite. So, and then of course it was 1 99. So, I do have, just so everyone is clear, that's what it comes with.
[00:20:20] Elite. And if you would like I will give this out really quickly. Actually, you know what, I'm gonna give this to Dan. Well, let's see. Can I pop this out? Let's see if I can do a broadcast, send broadcast message. Hopefully this goes out to everyone and I don't break something.
[00:20:49] See if I can spell right. Did I format my HTML correctly? Let's see. So Daniel, hopefully I didn't break that, but let me share that link with you. That was one, and then the other one is this one. So if you could share those with everyone as well as needed. But yeah, so you can you have a, a second chance and this is only available today.
[00:21:15] So once we get into day two the second chance is gone. So if you do want a second shot at upgrading, absolutely this is, this is it. You can go back and upgrade. But after today, you know, I'll consider the challenge officially started. And and that'll be that for these upgrades. And then the second one was what we called our insiders club.
[00:21:34] And that includes training on my special traffic strategies. So this is a really powerful traffic strategy. We have the business multiplier method, which is all about how do you take a moderately successful business and make it really, really big. You've got a per a case study of one of my businesses that I've never shared publicly.
[00:21:54] And I dive in and I di tell you exactly what I did to grow it to $15 million. Plus you get email coaching from me for the next 60 days. So when it comes to your sites and your businesses you're building, you could have email access to me and you get permanent access to all the materials and all of the recordings.
[00:22:14] Okay. So that's this one. And, you can get access to this. This is also a second chance for the upgrade number two. So, Daniel, can you do me a favor and I don't wanna accidentally botch the link here while I'm trying to be live at the same time. So if you can if you can share the second upgrade link for everyone out there as a clickable link.
[00:22:35] Yep.
[00:22:36] If we need to,
[00:22:37] Bill: you can make it so they can copy and paste too. Send it out a couple times so they can have choices. But but again, today is it, so this is the official start of the challenge. So I just wanna give you one last little moment to upgrade if you want to pick up those VIP upgrades as a second chance.
[00:22:56] Okay, great. And I did a little survey as we were getting started today, but I want to check in with everybody again on a big important question. So I have a, I have several questions I will be asking in the private chat today. And I really, really, really need your feedback, so don't be shy and answer that.
[00:23:17] And also know that the chat that you generally, you'll see it down below, sometimes it's over there. But in that chat panel, it's a private channel, so what you send just comes to me in the team. And it's not shared publicly. The other people that are watching aren't gonna see whatever you type.
[00:23:31] So, you know, you can feel comfortable to ask things that, you know, if you feel silly asking, you don't want everyone to see it, just, you know, you can pop those in there. Okay. And then so here is my first question for everyone. So if you know the niche market that you want to go into, type it into the chat now.
[00:23:53] So tell me, if you already know what niche market you want to build in, tell me in the chat what that niche is right now. If you don't yet know, tell me. Not yet in the chat. You know, I don't know yet. Not yet. Make sure you put yet, don't say, I don't know. We're gonna, 'cause we're gonna fix that today before we leave today.
[00:24:15] If those of you who don't know what niche to go in, we're gonna completely handle that and solve that for you. And for those of you who have picked a niche, I want you to open your mind to making little shifts, little adjustments so that we can get you the most profitable path forward. That's, that is the goal here.
[00:24:33] Okay? Okay. Lot while more not yet, come through this time around some people interested in affiliate marketing. So let's see, who is that affiliate marketing is? So Joanne, you mentioned affiliate marketing. Do you have a particular niche? Did you wanna teach people how to do affiliate marketing or do you want to use affiliate marketing as a way to make money?
[00:24:53] So is is, so if, if affiliate marketing is your niche, then you're teaching others. How to do affiliate marketing, but if affiliate marketing is how you wanna make money, that's not your niche. So I just want to clarify that. If you can so Joanne, if you could do a follow up for me and let me know if affiliate marketing is your niche or the way you wanna make money cool, cool.
[00:25:13] And we look we look pretty divided. So we look pretty divided. And I see also somebody else said affiliate marketing. So I wanna, I wanna remind everyone. Affiliate marketing is not necessarily a niche. So it is a niche if you're teaching people like I do, right? I teach people how to do affiliate marketing.
[00:25:31] That's a niche. If you want to use affiliate marketing as a way to make money as your strategy to get money, that's not your niche. That's just your, your business model. Make sense? Which are two different things. So I wanna clarify those. So make money online affiliate marketing. Okay. That is a niche.
[00:25:48] If you're, if you're teaching people that stuff, that is absolutely a niche. Okay. Good. And then okay. And then Joanne wants to do both. Okay. Make it her. Okay. Make it your niche and then also use it to make money. Okay. That is possible. Absolutely possible. Okay. Alright, great. Great. I see a lot of different niches from people interested in web design.
[00:26:12] SEO courses. Here's a good niche from. Someone, people over 70 who wanna get rid of their stuff and simplify their surroundings. So sort of like organization for those over 70. Cool, cool. Lot travel agent. Okay. A lot of good niches. Okay, good. Thank you so much for your answers. That's, that's really, really helpful.
[00:26:33] And then again, I'm gonna repeat myself a little bit. At the very beginning I talked about this, so I'm gonna, I wanna make sure everyone hears it now that we've gotten started. I, I want, there's a clear distinction in the way I approach choosing my niche market that is a lot different than what a lot of people will teach you.
[00:26:50] And I believe my strategy is superior and I think you'll agree once you hear hear all about it. And so I think of a niche as people, whereas most people will think of it as a topic. And there's a big difference between the two, I think of who the people are. So like, the next I'm in, you know, I'll call it entrepreneurship, it's more about you than it is about the topic.
[00:27:16] It's more about what you need and want, you know, what frustrations do you experience that you wanna solve. You know, what big goals do you have for your business? And it's a slight shift in my thinking. Compared to what I know some of my other peers would look like is they'll look at the niche as the topic and they almost lose track and lose sight of the fact that the only reason they're making money is because they need to provide value to the people.
[00:27:42] So I view my niche as the people that I am serving. And so that's a subtle shift that if you're not already thinking that way, you're gonna wanna start to shift and think that way. Now and so this is important because, you know, you might think of your niche as a topic, but when you really get to understand the desires, the needs, the wants, the frustrations, and the things that we can help the people with, it might shift your thinking about what your product is.
[00:28:08] You know, you know, as an example let's say affiliate marketing, right? So you might say affiliate marketing is your niche, but if you really start to think about the people interested in affiliate marketing, is that your niche? Maybe not right? Maybe if you really think about the people who are interested in affiliate marketing, maybe your niche is entrepreneurship, not affiliate marketing.
[00:28:33] See the subtle difference? And it is by learning what they need and want. And if they, if one of the things that they need and want is they want training on, on affiliate marketing, well then you can create courses about affiliate marketing. But I want you to be thinking about the people rather than the topic.
[00:28:51] Okay? This is a really good, because it also enables you to make a lot more money in the future. In this example, let's, we'll use affiliate marketing as an example. If you think a thought, if you think your niche is affiliate marketing and you brand yourself as affiliate marketing and it's all about the topic of affiliate marketing, you're sort of like stuck.
[00:29:10] But if you really think about the people that you're serving, they're entrepreneurs, they're not necessarily affiliate marketers. So if you now brand yourself and you have your domain name and you register your business, and you create something that is all about serving entrepreneurs, even if your first course or your first product is about how to do affiliate marketing, you see the difference.
[00:29:34] So now let's say you find out from your customers that they're also really interested in e-commerce. Well, guess what? You can now release a second course to help serve what they need and want. And a fourth and, you know, and so on. So you can do as many courses as you want, and you can now shift around and cover different topics.
[00:29:55] And you haven't, like, stuck yourself to one concept. Instead you're serving the people. Okay? And as an example you know, the organization, I saw somebody talking about wanting to help people get organized and get rid of their stuff, let of their, their clutter and excess things as an you know, as an older adult.
[00:30:15] Think about those people, right? And those are your niche market. And through the research we're gonna do today, you may learn that, you know, you might like help crystallize the concept in your mind as to what your niche market is and who you're serving. Okay? Big, big distinction. Does that make sense?
[00:30:33] I hope, you know, it's a concept that I sometimes struggle to make sure everybody is following with, with me. But check in with, in the chat, gimme a yes or a not yet. Yes or not yet. Do Is this you? How do you feel about this? Does it make sense? You agreeing with it? You think I'm full of it? Gimme commentary or a, a yes or a Not yet.
[00:30:53] Good. Good. Good. Awesome. Awesome. Good. Cool. Cool. Awesome. Thank you for that. Okay. Okay. A couple. Not yet. Okay. So let's see here. Let me look at somebody who said not yet, and let me see if I can look at their history here and see what the niche was. Okay, I see someone who answered not yet, that they don't yet understand, but that, that let me know.
[00:31:16] Let's see. This is I think Tita Tita. Let me know what your niche is. I wanna help clarify this for everyone. Okay? You'll find that's one of the things that I have I take pride in, is I don't wanna leave anyone behind. So if anybody has any confusions, make sure you ask in the chat. You got me.
[00:31:34] And then Daniel's hanging out. He's lurking behind the scenes as well. So he may also be able to help you guys with the questions. But let me know what your niche is. Okay. You don't have a niche yet, okay? So what we're going to do is we're gonna help you discover who the people are that you can serve.
[00:31:52] Make a bunch of money. Okay? That's what we'll do today. So I think that's the clearest way to describe it. And I'm gonna just dive into the process and we'll get into it now, but that for Forta and anybody else who's not quite there yet then that, that's what we're going to do. We're gonna help, we want to have, we're gonna go through an exercise that's going to align you with the people that you can serve, that you can make a lot of money with, right?
[00:32:14] We'll find the people, help you figure out how you can serve them, which then tells you what topic to make your first course on. Okay? Fantastic. The other thing I wanna cover just to make sure everyone is on board with this, the businesses that we're building together today and over the next three days are course businesses.
[00:32:33] So I am a huge fan, as you might know, of information businesses. So this means that we're helping people with courses, eBooks, video trainings, audiobooks things like that. And I find that often this is the quickest and most powerful way to get started in a niche market. It's also a fantastic way to get leads and get your first batch of customers in.
[00:32:58] And then we can expand beyond just information as our business matures. And then you can get into either doing products, physical products, you could get into doing services or other things. But I love information products because when you get 'em right, they sell really well. They're very easy to sell when you follow the path.
[00:33:17] I'm gonna tell you over the next three days and as a quick way to get your business started. And they're highly profitable because when you create a course and you sell it, it is almost 100% profit. Okay? Other than if you spend some money on ads, you would deduct that out. But in terms of the cost of, of delivering that course, once it's made and created, it's almost zero.
[00:33:41] So you essentially take, if you charge $29 for a course, you basically take almost that whole $29 and you just put it in your pocket. So it's a quick way to get revenue coming in and to get your, get yourself established. Then as you expand, you can adapt. And I recommend adding services, adding physical products, and you can grow your business going forward.
[00:34:04] Okay. Anybody have any objections or your, or uncertainty about why building a course or why an information business? Okay. Okay. And yeah, an example here. Good commentary from Dr. Walker. Yes. Digital. That's where I want to start. Then expand from there. That's exactly what we're gonna do. Awesome.
[00:34:25] Awesome. Good. Good. Tanya is asking how to create digital products to sell online. We will, by the time we're done, you will have that, Tanya, you will have your own digital product for sale on the internet by the time we are done. And our system and our tools are gonna build it for you. Okay. Cool.
[00:34:46] Cool. And then Daniel, I see someone who seems to be stuck in Streamy Yard. Maybe you can get them the link to join us here. Let's see. What page are they on? Ah, I see they're on the survey page. Okay. So, so Daniel, if you can look out for that. I don't see a name on the person 'cause of the way they're, the page they're on, but they're yeah, they're stuck in Streamy yards, so if you could give them the link to the main room, that'd be great.
[00:35:14] Daniel: Absolutely.
[00:35:16] Bill: Alright. Yes. And Tony says The money will be derived from courses, eBooks, and affiliate products for simplifying your surroundings. Good. That's a great starting plate. Cool, cool. All right, well then we're gonna get into it. And let me get my notes out again so I stay on track. Okay, so today's agenda first we're gonna talk about how to pick your niche the right way. And we're gonna dive into something that maybe you've heard me talk about on my YouTube channel. Which by the way, if you, if you aren't currently a subscriber of the YouTube channel you wanna jump over there and get it subscribed.
[00:35:54] 'cause that's where once our three days is over, I will keep helping you. I'm live every Wednesday and I'll continue to help you there. So make sure that you get on our YouTube channel. In fact, Daniel, can you share the link to that? You just put it in there to copy, paste or whatever. So those are not, yeah.
[00:36:13] Cool. So if you're not yet a subscriber over there, definitely jump in there. And this is a strategy I have taught on my channel. It is called Ikigai. Who's familiar with Iki Eye? Some of you were like, huh? What, what are you talking about? Who's familiar with Ikigai? Give me a yes or a not yet, but we're gonna cover it.
[00:36:33] I'll explain what it, the, I'll explain everything about it, what it means, what it is. I know it sounds weird. And we're going to cover the Ikigai method, and then we're gonna talk about how to do research to really thoroughly understand your niche and get all of, kind of get your, your, your head straight and your thoughts together about exactly what the course and products in the future that we're gonna launch and sell to them.
[00:36:58] Okay. So you'll have an understanding of exactly who you're gonna serve, what the topic is of your niche and we're gonna have some basic ideas of what courses that we're gonna build together starting tomorrow. So that is, that is today's agenda. Okay. And then I will do q and a at the end, and I'll stick around as long as you guys have questions.
[00:37:17] So it'll, you know, for those who wanna get in and get out, you can bail out once we get to q and a. But if you wanna hang around and ask questions, I'm gonna stay here until everyone's questions are answered. Okay? So that part might go a little bit long, but that is the rest of the agenda. And let me check the chat now.
[00:37:35] I moved away from it. Why are not yet, why are not yet, but some of you have. So those there you go. I know some of you are watching my YouTube channel then. Okay. So definitely go subscribe to YouTube. That is a mandatory action today. So go subscribe to my YouTube channel and make sure that you get all of our updates.
[00:37:51] And then I will be live there every Wednesday to help you. So once you've built the business here together, if you need help along the way, just jump into one of my Wednesday shows and I'll help you for forever. As long as I'm there, I plan to be on YouTube for many years to come. Okay? Okay, cool. Cool, cool.
[00:38:11] I see somebody here.
[00:38:17] Okay, I see somebody who's frustrated that doesn't realize that Daniel is a human. Daniel is not a bot, Daniel is a human. Cool. Alright, well then let's get started. So, ikigai, that is the next topic. Ikigai is a Japanese philosophy is essentially the, the concept behind it. It goes back a long time, 2000 plus years according to my research.
[00:38:41] And the, the concept is that you you wanna find the thing in life, like your job in life. Many people think of this as a career, right? What can you do in life to have fulfillment, satisfaction, and make money at the same time? When you find that, that's your Iki guy. And here I'll give you, let's do a quick example.
[00:39:04] I'm gonna pull up a chart here. Oh, I got my link here. Which I have a, a, a bunch of bonuses to share with you by the way. Including this, I'm gonna give you access to this. So this, this deck goes over a niche picking a niche markup, and it's gonna go into exactly the steps we're going to do today. So, we're going to, we're gonna be following this strategy for our niche selection. And it goes into Ikigai. So I'm gonna jump ahead and I wanna show you this. Yeah. Okay.
[00:39:36] I'll just zoom in on it. Let's see if I can do that. There we go.
[00:39:43] I wanna get that zoomed in enough so it's easy to read.
[00:39:54] There it is. Okay. Now you should be able to see it. Okay. So Eki I is a combination of four things and you'll see Eki I here in the middle. So what you wanna look at is the outside edges of these circles. So circle one is what you love, okay? And this is an important one. And what you love are just things you enjoy.
[00:40:16] And perhaps you don't think it's a niche market, but at this stage it does not matter. I want you to make a list. So you're gonna, whether you want to use a good old paper and pen, use notepad, you know, you want to use Excel, a Word document, you know, Google Docs, whatever, wherever you wanna put your notes.
[00:40:34] You wanna make a list, and I, I want you to pick, you can pick like 10 things at the most, okay? Of what you love. You know, do you love being a mom? You know, do you love being a dad? Do you love motorcycles? Do you love cars? Do you love hitchhiking? Do you, I dunno why I said hitchhiking. Or just plain old hiking out in the wilderness hunting, whatever that might be.
[00:40:59] What do you love? And let's, for a moment, just forget about niches. Just purely answer that question of what do you love? And you're gonna wanna make a list, okay? And that is step one. And so if you're kinda like, well, I'm not sure what the answer is here. Just think about things you like. Then, you know, what do you enjoy doing?
[00:41:22] What do you you know, what do you get pleasure out of, in, in life? You know, it could be it could be a hobby, it could be a sport, it could be a topic or a subject. It could be anything. I mean, maybe you're already in a profession that you love. It could be that profession. You know, maybe there's a, something you studied in school or something you did when you were younger that you don't do anymore.
[00:41:42] Whatever it might be that you love should go on the list and you really, you don't want any more than 10 things. Okay? So that is step one of this process. Step two, we're gonna come over here to the left in this one, which is, what are you good at right here? And in this one. Sometimes this takes people, you, you need to really kinda like self-reflect.
[00:42:07] And, and a funny thing happens when I ask people this question, I might ask you, well, what are you good at? And something funny happens with the human mind. You will invalidate yourself. You will invalidate what you are good at in your own mind. You know, it's like, well, I love painting, but I, I'm not, I'm not really that good at it.
[00:42:26] You know, I'm not as good as like, you know, as some other artist, you know, or, or you know, maybe you are good at a sport or, you know, but you're thinking like, oh, well I'm not like pro level or I'm, you know, I'm not like an expert or, and you really get in your own head and you start to invalidate the things that you are good at.
[00:42:45] Have you ever noticed that? The minute you start to like, try to think about that, and you need to, especially if you need to tell someone what you're good at, that kicks in. It's a really weird phenomenon in the, in the human mind, but whatever. So I want you to push past that and I want you to take an honest look.
[00:43:02] And I want you to ignore any voice that's telling you, well, you're not really good at that. Any thoughts that you have that you know, well, I'm not really good at that. If you think you're good at it, put it on the list. In fact, if you find yourself invalidating it, think of it this way. Have you ever had someone compliment you on being good at something?
[00:43:23] Did someone ever say some art you made was beautiful? And even if you disagreed, you're like, really? Anything that you get compliments about should also go in this box, whether you agree with it or not. Okay. So put that in there. This could also be your profession. This could also be again, another thing you studied in school or that even you've studied just on the side, but, and you, you kind of feel like you're really good at it, you know?
[00:43:49] I'll give you some examples for me. For me I love something called lapidary, you know, and I happen to be really, I happen to be good at it. And, you know, I can say that 'cause I've, I've won awards with my work and lapidary is gem cutting. You know, like if you think of getting raw, rough gemstones and then you cut them and turn them into, you know, beautiful stones that you make in jewelry.
[00:44:12] So I cut stones and I make jewelry. That's, that's a hot, it was actually my, that was my very first business, you know, going back now, I don't even wanna say how many years ago, it'll make me feel very old. But I was in in high school and that was my very first business as an entrepreneur. And, and I'm good at it, right?
[00:44:30] So there's an example of one. Another thing would be obviously marketing, you know, marketing and persuasion, salesmanship, entrepreneurship. I'm good at those things. So I would put those on that list. So for you, you really wanna do some soul searching. And again, even if you feel a little bit of like, what do they call that imposter syndrome?
[00:44:50] Like, well, I'm, I'm not an expert, I'm not a guru, I'm not perfect at that. You know, just, are you good at it? Right? Not, you don't have to be a guru, just are you good at it? Okay, I'll start, I'll stop hitting this. I just find that this is one that people struggle with in this exercise. So that'll be your second column.
[00:45:09] So column one is what you love. Column two is what are you good at? Okay. Then we're gonna jump across our diagram. We'll pull the diagram back up. So we've done what you love, what you're good at. We're gonna jump to the other side, and we're now gonna do what the world needs. Okay? Now, obviously that's a big gigantic subject and it could be like, you know, of course the, the world, you know, we need to end world hunger and we need to, there's a lot of things the world needs, but let's kind of zero it in to topics that you are familiar with or things related to.
[00:45:42] If you already have an idea of what your niche market's going to be, then make it related to that. Okay? So what, what does the world need? And and think of it from that lens. So think of your niche this way. You could also start to examine some of the other things. So what, in terms of what you put down that you love, does the world need that?
[00:46:01] Does the world need help with it in some way? You know, maybe you're really passionate about a topic that is misunderstood, then the world needs it. Or maybe you're really good at something that lots of other people struggle with, right? So then the world needs it. Okay? Realize our final box down here is what you can be paid for.
[00:46:22] And is for this box is more specific about getting money for this up here. What the world needs, doesn't matter about money. Doesn't matter if they're gonna be willing to pay you for it. We just wanna make a list of what in your world, what in your area of what you love and what you're good at, or your niche and what you're interested in.
[00:46:41] What does the world need? And make another list. So that'll be three lists you have now. And I wouldn't put anything more than 10 max on each of these lists, you know? So if you have way more than that, whittle 'em down to your top 10 or less. Okay? I would say, you know, you wanna put at least three in each one, but no more than 10.
[00:47:05] Okay? And then there's a couple other research things that we can do. So, what we can do is we can use a lot of tools Okay. To to work with this, okay? So we can use a tool called Answer the Public. Okay? If you've ever used Answer the Public, it is a kind of a, a key word research tool. And I'll show it to you here.
[00:47:26] And so let's say that your niche is organization for
[00:47:35] older adults. Let's just see what this does and we're gonna search it,
[00:47:45] okay? And it's gonna do some research for us. And then they have a free level answer. The public, you can do a, a limited number of searches for free. And they do have a paid plan. I'm not affiliated with them. I don't, I'm not, I don't even have an affiliate link to share. I just like their tool. And so then we can kind of see if there is people searching for it and people asking questions online.
[00:48:08] That's what this is all about. And so what you can do is kind of go back and forth, and maybe I didn't, maybe I should try this in a little bit of a different fashion. So what we can do is just come over here and try, we'll go back
[00:48:23] and try, oh, I can just go up here. We're gonna go up here and we'll just put an organization and let's just try that.
[00:48:33] Oh, it's trying to make me upgrade. So.
[00:48:40] I think I've used it too much for free, and now it wants to make me, make me sign in. I think I have an account, but let's see. Ah, I know I made an account, but so you'll come in here and you'll type in a variety of keywords, is really what you want to do, and start specific. And you can go broader if you don't find what you're looking for.
[00:49:00] And this can be kind of a guide to help you when it comes to identifying what the world needs. Okay? So this kind of, it falls into two places. It, it helps you identify what the world needs. If we go back down here, and I'm gonna share this slide deck with everyone, so you'll all get a copy of this.
[00:49:19] But answer the public can help you with brainstorming. If you're not certain, you're not sure, use that to help you with what the world needs, and then also what you can be paid for. Okay. You can use it to help with that as well. Okay? Now one other thing I want to mention is another sign and another really good indication that Anish has a lot of what the world needs is, are there influencers already out there on the topic?
[00:49:48] And so to, to find out that you can just go as simple as go to youtube.com. Okay, there's me, so don't forget to subscribe, but you go to YouTube and we're just gonna do a search. So,
[00:50:11] and let's just type in some keywords and see if there are influencers out there. Okay. So we can tell these are big, these are not really influencers, these are giant organizations so far.
[00:50:32] Okay. Okay. Well, what we can see is that there definitely are influencers in the in the old, in the older adults market, right? And then we can see, I do know that if we just put in organization as an example there's lots of content about, just generally about organization. So,
[00:50:57] and sometimes it can be hard to mix the two together. If you're saying like, organization for people over 70, you may find there aren't that many influencers and there aren't a lot of questions being asked about it, which might make you want to expand it just a little bit in terms of the idea, you know?
[00:51:13] But lots of organization gurus. Lots of people that are serving the you know, call it the over 50 market or even over 65 you could say. So that's one of the things that I'll do often is is go look at influencers and look at answer the public. And that kind of helps me with both what the world needs and what you can be paid for.
[00:51:35] Because if there are, generally, if there are influencers out there and there are signs on on social media and in that people are asking questions and things like that, then we know that it generally we can be paid for it and we know the world needs it. Does that make sense? And so you're gonna list all four of these things and you're gonna make your list.
[00:51:56] And then I have a set of prompts that you can use with any AI tool. Okay. So, I have I have some tools to help you with this. I'll talk about those in a bit. But you can use any AI tool, even just chat, GPT and I have some prompts, some copy and paste prompts for you that you'll be able to use.
[00:52:13] Okay. I'm gonna share this slide deck with everyone. So let me just copy it and I'm gonna give it to Daniel. So Daniel, I'm gonna give you a link if you could share that with everyone out there. And this will give you access to all the prompts that we're gonna cover. And here is the first one. So we're actually gonna take this, we're gonna copy it,
[00:52:40] and then we're gonna go to chat. GPT. I'll just use chat. GPT If you like Google, Gemini, or you like Quad, those are other AI tools that you can use or you can use chat GPT. Okay. I love using the, what's called the O three model. And soon a lot of these will become obsolete as chat GBT releases their, their chat GT five model coming out.
[00:53:01] But so I like to use O three for now and I'll paste that prompt in here and then you just change these and edit these. So here I'm gonna do it really quick just to show an example. So what you love, I love Lapidary and Jewel making. I love starting businesses and helping people start businesses.
[00:53:31] I love marketing. Okay what the world needs. So I'm gonna say the world needs is more help becoming successful in life. And financially and in business, there's definitely not enough good information out there helping people become successful in life. What are you good at? I'm good at helping people start new businesses.
[00:54:04] Okay. So we fill those in off of your questionnaire and then we hit the button.
[00:54:14] Okay. And Chad, GPT is actually running an experiment on me at the moment For you, it won't look quite like this. It's giving me two responses and asking me to weight them, but so this process and using these prompts is very helpful. Okay. And so now it's gonna start to give me a bunch of ideas.
[00:54:31] Okay? Okay.
[00:54:42] And it's gonna give me ideas and it's gonna give me, in each one you'll see. It gives me, it's like a little, it's hard to see because of the way chat GPT did this, but it gives me a bunch of information about a possible course. I could make some background information about the audience. And so let's
[00:54:57] you know what, I'm just gonna, I gotta pick one so it shows it to everybody. I'll just pick that one. Okay, so there we go. So now it it's given me all these ideas, you know, oh, this is cool. An AI launch coach. So I could actually do certifications on teaching people how to teach others to launch businesses.
[00:55:17] That's, I like that idea. Etsy to Empire. I actually, I did that with my son. I actually taught him how to use Etsy to launch a little mini e-commerce empire. Let's see. Some of these I don't really like 'cause it's just kind of mixing things together that don't belong. Let's see.
[00:55:39] Hobby to high ticket. I really like that. I really like that. Helping people take hobbies and interests and turn it into a revenue source. I lo I love that idea. So you can use this to brainstorm out and get clearer on what your niche might be. Make sense? And then let's go in. There's more prompts that I need to close this one.
[00:55:59] Ah. And then you can take the second prompt and copy it as well. I, I have actually two different slide decks I'm gonna share with you and both have different prompts to help you with this process. Okay. But now we could go and I'm gonna tell it a few that I like. So, I really like the hobby too, high ticket idea.
[00:56:30] And you give me more like this, and then I'm gonna paste in the, the other prompt. And then it's gonna come back and give me a bunch of different ideas. Okay.
[00:56:46] So we'll wait for that to come on. But, and I have another slide deck that I can share with you that also has a different set of prompts related to this. And so I'm gonna, I'm gonna give this to Daniel as well. So I'm giving these out to everybody. This is just my gift to everyone as part of the process.
[00:57:06] So I have two different decks that go through how to use Ikigai to pick your niche market. Okay?
[00:57:16] And each one has a set of prompts that you can use to help you get through this process. Okay? So I'll share both of these with you and you can use both of them. Use the prompts and then just go to your favorite ai to to put it to work. Okay. Let me get back to the chat window and come back on screen.
[00:57:35] I got way too many things open. We'll come back here. Let me see how we're doing on time. Okay, I'm run, run, running behind here. Okay. So your job over the next 24 hours is to go through this exercise, even if you already know what your niche is, go through this exercise. And there's one last little bit of bonus content that I want to go through with you as well.
[00:57:59] So you're gonna have two exercises to do. The first is this one with Ikigai. So before I move on to the next exercise, does anyone have any questions or any confusion about this idea of using Ikigai to find your perfect niche market? So let me know in the questions. And then Daniel, I need to rope your help in here to help me with q and a a little bit.
[00:58:22] If you can. If you can feed me questions that people might have about how to use Ikigai. How to pick a niche market and then how to use these prompts. So, again, all those two decks, I'm gonna give them to everyone as my gift for being part of the challenge. And you can go through them on your own time to to do that.
[00:58:40] But we definitely wanna finish this exercise. So you definitely want to do the Ikigai exercise and be completely done by the time we get together tomorrow. That, that, that is your, your your assignment for the day. So Daniel, do we have any questions that people have about this process?
[00:59:01] Daniel: A couple people asking for the prompts.
[00:59:05] Bill: Yeah. Prompts are all in the deck that we should be handing out to them.
[00:59:12] Daniel: Yeah. So I'm just gonna resend them both. Okay. And that way everyone has them. But no questions.
[00:59:19] Bill: No questions so far. Okay. So, okay, well we, we will resend those, I will make sure everyone has access to them. If something is weird happening with chat, I'll email them to you.
[00:59:29] So when we close down today here, one of the things that's gonna happen is we're gonna email out a replay link. 'cause there's a few things that'll happen. We're here live. So once we finish, we're gonna make a transcript of today's broadcast, number one. Number two, we're gonna create some additional like little cheat sheets and little follow up pieces of information.
[00:59:48] And different levels get different amounts of written materials. So if you're in our Elite VIP program or in the Insider Club you're gonna get some additional materials about today's show. But but we will be putting this up on a replay page. It'll be available. Everyone will have access for 24 hours.
[01:00:06] Those are in Elite or Insider will have longer access to the replays. And and you'll have links to these two documents that you saw me showing on screen. It'll have all the prompts for you to copy and paste and put to use. And not only I'll, I'll just follow up with an email to all of that stuff so you'll all get emails from me.
[01:00:26] So what, keep an eye on your inbox if you don't get these links out of the chat today. But but you'll have all of those and basically you have 24 hours to kind of do this exercise. And and then come back with the, you know, the results that you got.
[01:00:39] Daniel: The question did come in here. Alright.
[01:00:42] Dina, I find Ikigai questions kind of hard. It seems like it should be easy, but a lot of what I do and enjoy is just part of everyday home and work life. How do I narrow it down?
[01:00:54] Bill: Well, that's okay, right? So if there are things about everyday home and work life that you enjoy, kind of think about how to compartment them into a subject, right?
[01:01:03] So, you know, are you really good with organization? Like, I've known people that are just on their day-to-day life. They're just amazing at staying on task, staying organized. You know, we, we have a person here, at least one person in the audience, I think who's, who's really good at that. And then that, that's an example of one, are you really amazing at cooking?
[01:01:22] You know, like, is is that something that you love, you know, or that you're really good at? You know, are you really good at inspiring your children to grow and be productive adults? You know, are you a great mom or a great dad? And so think about how to compartment these things down into individual topics.
[01:01:43] And everyday things in life are totally fine. And that that's what we're looking for is it's what fits you. It's more about you than it is about the rest of the world. For those two, those two circles are all about you. So, yeah, just think about it that way. Try to compartment it down on a, on a general topic or subject.
[01:02:02] And yeah, that would be the how to, how to deal with that. But you're right, those are simple questions, but they're really deep and I think to properly answer them, some people, you know, really need to reflect to, to really come up with good answers. Yeah. Any other questions about Ikigai or picking a niche?
[01:02:23] Daniel: Rochelle wanted to know what was the second task, the Ikigai exercise and something else that
[01:02:30] Bill: she said. Yes, that will come next. So as soon as I make sure everyone is all fully understanding and ready to tackle Ikigai, then we're gonna move on to ta. It'll be quick. I got a quick round of training on the next little exercise.
[01:02:43] So, says you will need your eki I, in order to do step two. So step one will be find your eki. I, step two will be the next research process I'm about to give you.
[01:02:54] Daniel: And Dr. Walker asks, when we get our answers, what platform will we be implementing our information to?
[01:03:03] Bill: You'll be using the push button business building tools that we're providing you.
[01:03:07] So you'll, we're gonna take all that information, plug it in, and then it's gonna build you a business. That's how it's gonna work.
[01:03:15] Daniel: Tony likes would like to know, how do you know whether your niche is willing to pay for the information you're providing?
[01:03:23] Bill: Well, if you use a tool like Answer the Public and you see that people are searching for it, you know, like, how do I inspire my children?
[01:03:33] Right? I'll just, I keep going back to that parenting one, but let's, that's an example. So if you see a bunch of people asking questions about that, about guiding, inspiring, and helping their children, you know, be successful in life, well then, you know, that's something that is definitely in need, right?
[01:03:49] And then if you see there are influencers on the web talking about it, same thing that reaffirms that there's a need for it. And as far as if you can be paid for it, I like to let the AI also help me guide, guide me on that. So, and that's part of the prompts that we've given you and, and the training in those two slide decks will help you with the, you, the whole, the part about, you know, if the, the world is willing to pay you for it.
[01:04:14] But generally like. What I'll often do is I'll look and see are there other courses, are there other things being sold to that audience? Even if they're not exactly like what I wanna sell, but, but is it being sold successfully now? Which is the opposite. I actually want proof that people are paying for it.
[01:04:33] So sometimes I'll do just some Google searches to see, you know, what products are on the market in that topic, and if there are products that appear to be successfully selling, then that, that helps validate it for me. And then I use ai, I'll use, I'll let AI often do the research to to dig into that.
[01:04:52] Yeah.
[01:04:53] Daniel: Yeah. I think you just touched on this, but he adds, how about researching Amazon eBooks on the topic?
[01:04:59] Bill: It'd be a fantastic way to do it. Yeah. Are there not just eBooks, but actual physical books, you know, on the topic. You, because you can also look and see the, the number of ratings and the number of sales.
[01:05:10] That kind of data can be invaluable. You know, like if you go look and there's a few books, but they've only sold like a couple of dozen copies and they don't have any reviews or something, then then yeah, it kind of shows you that maybe the world's not looking for it or not willing to pay for it.
[01:05:25] But if you go and look and you can see, oh, look at that, here's a book. It's a bestseller. They sold, you know, thousands of copies, well, that, that validates that people are willing to pay for it.
[01:05:37] Daniel: Vincent has a question. He says, whoa. I just lost my chat. How sorry. I clicked the That's alright. Wrong button and my chat just disappeared, so I'm just getting back there.
[01:05:50] Alright. Vincent was asking about the niche or the market that he's in, which I believe was refrigerator repair technician.
[01:06:01] Bill: Yeah, so what I would say, so refrigerator repair and, and we could probably broaden that even a little bit with appliance repair if you wanted to, but, you know, I think I know as an example my wife had a whole project.
[01:06:16] She was trying to repair a refrigerator and she would've loved a course on how to actually fix that refrigerator. Her and my sister-in-law turned it into a giant project trying to fix the refrigerator. I don't think they ever succeeded, but they would've loved to had a course on it. So, you know, I think if you can especially if you can broaden out outside of refrigerators and talk about appliances, but maybe with a focus on refrigerators, that that's, that could be a niche.
[01:06:42] Yeah.
[01:06:44] Daniel: And the last one for the moment from Keith, does this work well for a business we're already running? Or should I do this for something I can do alongside it that I have more Ikigai for?
[01:06:58] Bill: It depends on your preference. If you, you know, if you want to double down on your existing business, it's good to kind of go through this exercise, but in the frame of your business if that makes sense.
[01:07:10] 'cause there might be certain aspects of who your customers, what your customers need and want that line up to, to what you sell. And for you, the next exercise is gonna be even more valuable. So if you wanna do it with your existing business, but think about Ikigai and think about if you have an existing business, are there elements of it that you love more than others?
[01:07:31] If that, you know, that makes sense and, and you can still use that as an exercise to help you decide what to focus on. And maybe what topics would be better courses that you could make and better products you could release that really align better with you. So you could do it either way, you know, if you, if for you, if you wanna, you're ready to like just start another business.
[01:07:54] Just do this from scratch. So it's really your choice. It could be applied to either scenario and you're gonna love the next exercise. So definitely pay stick around here for that.
[01:08:06] Daniel: Yeah. And last one is from Nathaniel. Yes. Is making money online a good niche? What do you think?
[01:08:14] Bill: It can be? It can be, if that is something that you.
[01:08:18] Is on your Iki guy then. Yes. Right. That's why, you know, I've, I've seen people, they'll, they'll give advice to just go after a hot market, right? So, like, I could tell you, make money online is a hot market because I love it. I'm making lots of money at it, you know, I enjoy it, you know, it's a, it's a hot market for me.
[01:08:37] So if you have that same thing where it's on your Iki guy, absolutely it's a good market. But if it's something that like you don't know anything about, you know, you're sort of curious about it, but you don't know really if you love it or not, then I would say it's not the right niche for you. But, but ifs something that, you know, you're good at, you love, it's in high demand.
[01:08:58] People need it. People want it. So,
[01:09:03] Daniel: and those are all the questions for now.
[01:09:07] Bill: Fantastic. Then we shall move on to the next step. And then I do wanna remind everyone we're gonna be closing up in just a few minutes, although I will stick around for as q and a with you guys as long as you need. So, we're gonna, I have one more exercise to go over after that.
[01:09:25] I'll open it up and you guys can ask me anything. So whatever questions I can help you with to help you. Through this process. I will stay here and answer them until I've helped everyone and so that we'll get into that in a minute. But I do wanna remind you that, you know, once we wrap up here, day one your blasts, your second chance to get our upgrades goes away.
[01:09:45] So we do have our elite and our insider club where you can get additional training. One is additional training on how to get a bunch more traffic. So it's how to make a lot more money by getting a lot of traffic and then multiplying your results. So you get our traffic strategy plus our business amplification methods plus some insider case studies about one of my businesses that is private that I've never shared publicly, and that's all part of our insider club.
[01:10:15] And then Elite gets a bunch of additional material related to the challenge. So both of those are still available. It's your second chance to get those upgrades. And then Daniel, if you could pop the links out, this will be my last time mentioning it, so you can you can grab it there and grab those upgrades before we move into day two.
[01:10:35] Will do. Cool. Cool. Then on to exercise number two. This one is quicker, so, we'll get through it. Again, those of you who have been following me for very long we have probably heard me talk about a method that I call 10 PGB. Who here has heard me talk about that? Does that ring a bell to anyone?
[01:10:55] 10 PGB say, say yes in the chat or not yet if you haven't yet heard about it. 'cause you're about to hear about it. So gimme a yes or a not yet in the chat. Have you ever heard me talk about 10 PGB? And let me go pop the chat so I can focus and look at it and see. Okay, got some not yets. Got some yeses.
[01:11:20] Little bit of a mix. I see somebody asking how much to upgrade. Just drop on that link. Daniel shared the link. You can go check out to see the pricing and all this stuff that's included. Okay. Oh, it's a mix. Okay. It's about 50 50. Looks like someone asking is Insider Club is higher than elite?
[01:11:38] Yes. So, and again, the pricing and what's included is all on those pages that Daniel will share with you. Okay? Alright. We're about 50 50. Okay. So let me explain what 10 PGB is for those of you who are new to the concept. So what, when I am building a business, and especially when I'm making products, this could be physical products, it could be digital products like we're gonna do together course and so forth, or even service-based businesses.
[01:12:05] I will always, always, always focus in to discover what are the 10 biggest problems. That's the P goals, that's the g and benefits. That's the B 10 P, GB. So I wanna find 10 of them that are the 10 biggest problems, goals, and then the benefits. Let me explain what these are. When I talk about problems, these could be things that are frustrations, you know, like things that are annoying, frustrating, things they wish they didn't have to deal with, all the way to, like, life changing.
[01:12:42] Critical problems could be emotional. In fact, the more emotion attached to the problems that we're gonna be researching, the better. And you'd be surprised. There are emotions attached to things as simple as refrigerator repair. Okay? It may be hard to believe, but you'll see as I go through this, how that makes sense.
[01:13:01] But we're looking for things that especially have emotions attached to them. And so it could be anything from a minor annoyance and frustration all the way to like, something that they, that they obsess about internally. They're thinking about all the time. They wish they could get rid of it, wish they could solve it.
[01:13:19] Those are the gamut of problems, right? Then we have goals. Goals are the positive side of that. That's like things they're striving for, you know, things that would make them feel great to achieve or, or, you know, they're positive. So you have the negative side and then the positive side. And we wanna uncover both.
[01:13:38] Oftentimes people will focus on only one or the other. We wanna uncover both. And then finally the B the benefit is once someone has achieved that goal, let's say their goal is to, well, I'll go with the refrigerator since I know one of you are or, or is in that niche, right? Let's say their goal is to refurbish an old refrigerator so they can save a bunch of money and not have to buy, you know, an expensive new refrigerator.
[01:14:07] I, I'm in the market for a refrigerator, so I know like even the cheap ones are like a thousand dollars, right? For what fits in my kitchen. So, let's say someone that's their goal. They wanna cheap solution to refurbish their own refrigerator and save a bunch of money, okay? Money. So, a problem might be my refrigerator is broken, okay?
[01:14:28] But the deeper way to look at that is what is the deeper problems that has emotion attached to what the refrigerator being broken? Is it the discouraging disappointment the, the financial distress of the fact that all of their food got ruined, or it keeps things keep getting spoiled in their refrigerator.
[01:14:47] Right. There's either you kinda look for some emotion attached to that, the disappointment, the damage caused you know, did the refrigerator leak all over and ruin a, a wall? You know, like look into the, the real problem aspects that might have some emotion attached to it. And then if they solve it, the benefit.
[01:15:07] Is the relief that they're going to feel, the money that they're going to save the, you know, how do they feel the feelings is really important. This also can be what they're gonna have, right? If I'm gonna buy a car, part of the benefit is I get the car right? I have something. But beyond that, beyond the have the thing that I have, what is all the rest of it?
[01:15:29] You know, maybe, maybe something important to me is that I have a safe car that I can transport my children, right? That's a benefit. Or maybe a benefit would be I'm gonna have a really fast car that's gonna be fun and exhilarating to drive around, right? Or it could be an increase in status, whether people want to admit it or not.
[01:15:49] Internally, one of the things that people buy cars for is an increase in status. You know, whether it's for coworkers or networking with other people, or whether it's to, you know, what is it they say, keep up with the Joneses. You know, have a nice car in their yard. So the, the, all of these things are examples of benefits.
[01:16:07] So try to focus on how they're gonna feel, what they're gonna have at, after they've solved the problem or achieved a goal. Make sense? So we're gonna get, we're gonna nail this down to 10. So generally what I will do is I'll get a list of a whole bunch of problems, a whole bunch of goals. I will narrow them all down.
[01:16:27] So I have 10, five problems, five goals for a total of 10. Then I figure out what are the benefits for those 10 problems or goals. Making sense now I have a tool that tomorrow I'm gonna give you access to that is gonna help you even more with this. Okay? So tomorrow we're going to do this I'm trying to think how to explain this.
[01:16:52] So there's a tool I'm gonna give you and we're gonna go through an exercise together related to these five problems, five goals, 10 benefits, the 10 PGB. But what I would like you to do as a starting point is I want you to go to AI and I'm gonna show you a couple of prompts that you can type into AI that can help you kind of get your mind thinking about what are the problems, what are the goals and what are the potential benefits.
[01:17:20] And then tomorrow I'm gonna give you a tool that will finalize it and start building you a business around this. So before I show you the prompts, so I'm gonna show you how to go to chat GPT and extract this information. So once you know your niche market, then so first you do Ikigai, you get clear on your niche market, then we do the 10 PGB and extract the problems and goals from ai, which I'm gonna show you how to do in a second.
[01:17:47] And that is that completes today's work. And so what I would like to do before I show you the prompts, wanna get. Everybody cleared up. Anybody have any questions about 10 PGB? What are the problems? What are the goals? What are the benefits? So Daniel, was there anything that came in about 10 PGB or this concept?
[01:18:08] And then I'm gonna show them how to do it in chat, GPT
[01:18:15] Daniel: no questions yet. A few on executing it, which I think you're gonna go and it's coming up, but okay. Yeah, I don't see any questions here just yet.
[01:18:29] Bill: Alright. Cool. Cool, cool. And then awesome, awesome.
[01:18:36] Daniel: Oh, here we go. And then one, oh, go ahead. Tony asks, how can you test PGB with an audience?
[01:18:45] Bill: Well, that'll be what we do.
[01:18:46] That'll be part of the process that we're going to do together, right? So we're gonna use a bunch of research with ai. We're gonna use it to build a sales process, build a product together, and launch a business. And then you drive traffic to it, and that's how you test it. And then you can adjust and adapt, you know, based upon the response of the traffic.
[01:19:06] That's, that is how we do the, that's the process. So just keep, just keep following along day by day, implement each day, and you'll, it'll all work itself out.
[01:19:18] Daniel: Cool. Manuel was tuning in and out during overtime. He asks, will I be able to watch this when I get home at five?
[01:19:25] Bill: Yes. Yes. So this is recorded.
[01:19:28] Everyone with the basic ticket, it will be available for the next 24 hours, so you can rewatch it back, fast, forward, rewind, you know, do all that stuff. For the next 24 hours, those that are in Elite you will get 30 days access and those in, in the insider get lifetime. So depending on which level you'll have, you'll have at least 24 hours to go back through the recordings.
[01:19:55] Daniel: Cool. Dr. Walker says, what about using a survey?
[01:20:00] Bill: Yes, you could. In fact, that is the way I, up until ai, that's how I used to do it, is, but it's expensive, right? Because what I would do in the past is I would buy ads on Facebook. I would drive them to a page and I would do a survey. And that's still a completely that works.
[01:20:20] That that is actually the way to get, you know, straight from the horse's mouth as they say, which I want. Now I say that, I wonder where that saying came from, such an odd saying. But so you get the data straight from the consumers when you or the, the, the people you wanna sell to by doing a real survey.
[01:20:36] But it's expensive and it takes a lot of time. So with ai it's a shortcut. So we shortcut. Do it cheaper, do it faster, and we get pretty good data. But you're right, the most accurate, best way to do it is with a survey. If you're willing to put the money up for ads and you know you're gonna set up a survey, then you have to make a survey and put it online.
[01:20:57] If you're willing to do that, then you could do surveys. Yeah.
[01:21:06] Okay. Cool. What
[01:21:07] Daniel: else we got? Someone asked, I have a sales funnel of products in the internet marketing slash affiliate niche. So my niche should be make money online or affiliate marketing.
[01:21:20] Bill: Well, I would tell you your niche is entrepreneurship, right? Because what do those people really want? Right? I don't, I don't.
[01:21:28] If you really, really get down to the niche of like, if you think about this, especially from a problem to goal standpoint, why do they want to do affiliate marketing? What is the problem they're trying to solve with affiliate marketing? You know, what's the goal they're trying to achieve with affiliate marketing, right?
[01:21:45] Their goal is not to become an affiliate marketer. Their goal is to probably make passive income or to build a business, or, you know, maybe they want to quit their day job or, you know what I'm saying? That, so that's your market, and to me that market is entrepreneurship, which now. Allows you to expand. So you can still sell affiliate marketing stuff to them.
[01:22:09] But you can also expand later on in your career as your business grows. And you could do e-commerce or you could, heck you could even talk about buying and selling businesses or like, there's all kinds of topics that you could expand to. But to me your niche would be entrepreneurship.
[01:22:28] Daniel: Okay, cool. That those are all the questions I have for now.
[01:22:32] Bill: Alright, great. Great. And I saw some people having issues with the upgrade links. Daniel, I guess you're probably helping them with that in the chat. Yeah, we are. Okay, fantastic.
[01:22:45] Okay, cool. So let's do the process. So I'm gonna share the screen again and let me get chat. GPT back up. I'm gonna open a new chat and I'm gonna share my screen.
[01:23:00] Okay. So, we're gonna come in here and again any day now you're gonna see CHATT five available. But for now, I recommend using O three if you can. And you come in here and we're gonna do something called deep research. So under Tools, you have deep research, check it. Okay? Now you have a very limited number of these that you can use.
[01:23:25] Depending on the, the account you have at chat, GPT, if you have a free account, it's pretty limited. You can only do a certain number of these a month, so, you know they're valuable. Don't use 'em all up for nothing. If you're on a paid plan like my plan, you can see I have 24 deep research sessions left before they're, they're gone.
[01:23:46] And what we're going to do is we're gonna come in here and we're going to, I'm gonna freeform this prompt, but I'll copy it and I'll make sure everybody gets a copy of the prompt I'm about to use, but it's pretty short. So what I would say for this example I am going to I am going to pick one of these niches that was on our last session. So I'm gonna pick,
[01:24:13] I'm gonna pick this one. So I'm gonna pick
[01:24:16] I'm gonna take this one. I'm gonna make a new chat, and I'm gonna say with deep research turned on, I'm going to say I want to start a business in the Entrepr entrepreneurship niche market. I'm gonna fix my spelling and I'm going to say, please act as an expert in niche research in behavioral psychology.
[01:25:01] I am going to release a course titled, put It In Here,
[01:25:14] please
[01:25:17] Research to Find the Biggest Problems my Potential Customers Have when it comes to this topic. What frustrations are they experiencing and what problems are they talking about online? Please give me a list sorted by the biggest emotional impact at the top. Okay, so this is the prompt. In fact, I'm gonna, for everybody here live, I'll copy and paste this into the chat so you can just copy it.
[01:26:13] Let's see if I go broadcast, just send it out to everyone. That should have gone out. Okay. But I will take the written prompt and we'll publish it along with the, the replay after the, after we're off off the air. So we're gonna, what we're gonna do is we're gonna then hit the button. Okay. Now, these deep research sessions often take a bit of time so each one can run, you know, 10 minutes.
[01:26:42] I've seen them run 20 minutes and even longer. Okay? What you'll also see is that when you start a deep research session, chat, GT is going to ask you a series of questions. Almost always it's gonna ask you follow up questions. If you do not know the answers to the follow up questions, just tell it that.
[01:26:59] So, here are my questions. So then we gotta answer our questions. One
[01:27:04] who is the target audience? I will say new ENT entrepreneurs who haven't yet started a business but are passionate.
[01:27:24] And knowledgeable about their niche. Okay, lemme just fix spelling and and then what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna hold the shift key and hit enter. 'cause if you just hit enter, it's gonna submit it. So we don't wanna do that hold shift and hit enter like that. And then I'm gonna say two. Are you focusing on a specific type of hobby?
[01:27:47] No, I want to help all hobbies and passion. Interests. Okay. That shift. Enter, enter three. I'm gonna say all of the above. Four. English only. Oops. So those are my answers. You. The questions that Chad GPT will ask you will be different. They, they're not always the same. So, you're gonna want to, you know, to spend time thinking about them, type the answers.
[01:28:24] And if you don't know the answer to one of them, just just say so. Just say, you know, number three, I don't, I'm not sure. And then we're gonna submit it. And then the deep research session will begin.
[01:28:39] Now realize what is happening is that. You're gonna get some really good insights because it is going to actually crawl the web. Looking at what people are asking about, what are they complaining about, what issues are they running into, you know, what questions are they typing into the search engine. And it's gonna come back with a list of the biggest problems that it finds, and it's gonna sort 'em for me by the ones with the biggest emotional impact in my niche.
[01:29:09] Okay? Super valuable. So now when I move on to making a product, I can be confident that I'm gonna be doing the things that people want, right? I know I'm gonna be helping with the biggest problems that they have, especially the ones that have an emotional impact on them. So we're gonna take all of this market intelligence and we're gonna use it to launch our business with, and if you're already in a niche market, this is a, this is a fantastic way to improve your current product and services.
[01:29:41] Or if you are selling digital courses or eBooks, you can take this data and improve those products or launch new ones that really speak to the core of the market. Because what we wanna do is, you know, we don't want to like have to sell and twist someone's arm and, you know, somehow use psychological tricks to make them buy from us.
[01:30:03] What we want to have happen is when they read the sales material for our course. We want 'em to go, that's what I'm looking for. That's exactly what I need. You know, oh man, I would love to solve that problem. I would love to achieve that goal. And they're like, you see what I mean? It's a whole different experience compared to something that maybe isn't quite what they need and want, maybe doesn't really speak to the problems that are, that they really have.
[01:30:30] And then we're gonna like somehow use, you know, hypey sales material to get to trick them into buying it. But there's a difference when we speak, it's like almost like we can go in their head and hear what they're thinking, right? And then our sales material speaks to them and the odds of them buying our stuff go up dramatically.
[01:30:50] And then on top of that, now when we make our course targeting these things, they're gonna love it. Because if they get actual true, helpful, useful advice on how to get closer to solving those problems, how to get closer to achieving those goals, they're gonna love you for that. So it's a real difference.
[01:31:12] It makes such a huge difference in building a good business when it's focused on this. And so we can see I'll show you the progress here. It's still going. But that's that. So then what we're going to do for now is we're gonna run that and we're gonna take the biggest, the the five that I like the most, and we're gonna take them from the list.
[01:31:35] Make a, you know, our own list. Remember we want five, so we gotta pick five of the ones that it comes up with. Then we're gonna do this exact same process using deep research, but we're gonna flip it and we're gonna talk about positive goals. So instead of saying problems and frustrations, we're gonna talk about, you know, positive goals that they want to achieve, would be how I would phrase it.
[01:31:56] So you can take, literally take that exact same prompt, pop it in, and just modify it and switch it. So instead of problems, say positive goals they want to achieve, and then you're gonna get the goals. Okay? Then when you have your five problems, five goals, you pop all of those into chat, GPT, you literally just copy and paste them and you say now tell me the benefits someone would feel or have when they've solved these problems or achieve these goals.
[01:32:29] So, and I can here, let me type it up and I'll even share it with you in the chat. So an example, let's say I came up with a bunch of problems and goals. So I would have, you know, problem one, problem two then so forth, right? And then I would have goal one, goal two, et cetera. And so I would introduce it and I would say these are the.
[01:32:59] Biggest problems and goals I want to address in my niche. And then I would say after you've put all of those, please help me uncover what the end benefit benefit is that a client would have or feel after solving or achieving these. Okay? Okay. And I'll just say one through no, actually this would be two through five.
[01:33:42] Okay. I'll copy this, I'll share it in the chat. Where is it? Let's see. Send to broadcast and then I'll, you're gonna get this, so this'll be in writing. We'll put it along with the replay. You'll receive this in writing as well. You'll be able to get access to these prompts. Okay. So I can't submit this right now 'cause it's still thinking.
[01:34:03] Okay. This process takes quite a while. And the other thing I wanna recommend is you do all of this in one chat window. So when you're doing the 10 PGB process doing problems, goals and benefits stay in the same window. Do not start new chat windows each time. So put it all in the same window, and then that prompt that I just showed you is your final prompt to get the benefits, okay?
[01:34:27] But the beauty of this is it's time consuming for chat GBT, but you get to walk away. You can pop that in, go off, do something else, you know, and then come back, and then you can move on to the next step. And then the next it's really easy. I don't, maybe it looks a little complicated, but it's very, very simple.
[01:34:44] It's just there are three things you're gonna copy, paste, submit, walk away, come back, copy, paste, submit, walk away, come back, and then you'll have your final list at the very end, okay? And then we'll be done. That'll be it for today's work. And then tomorrow we're gonna take everything that you've learned and launch your business.
[01:35:04] Alright? Now, with that, I know we ran a little bit long today much longer than I had anticipated but I, yeah, we got a bit of a late start. So apologies for the long show today. But with that I'd like to do some q and a. So if you oh, I just finished one, so, so if you wanna type your questions, if you have any questions about the 10 PGB process, problems, goals, benefits, put those in now and then we'll do open question after that.
[01:35:32] And those of you who wanna hang around, can hang around with me and those who wanna bail out can go off and start your work. But I do wanna show you while I wait for your questions. It did finish. Okay. So this was the first there we go. Biggest frustrations in turning a hobby into a high ticket business.
[01:35:51] Fear of losing passion and joy in the ho. I would've not thought of that, right. I would've never thought about of that one. So there you go. That's insight for me. Failure of failure and financial insecurity. Feeling overwhelmed on the business. Struggling to attract tr customers and market demand.
[01:36:12] There you go. Self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and undervaluing their work. Balancing time and avoiding burnout. Pretty good. And it gives a little bit of background information on each. So in this case, it gave us six. Sometimes it gives us, gives you a lot more. So it's pretty easy. You could pick five of those and those become your five biggest problems.
[01:36:37] And that's a pretty good insight. You know, like I had not even thought about this one at all until it just gave me that research. And I don't know any of you here in this situation or, or anybody here with us, somebody who has a hobby or passion and you're thinking about turning it into a business.
[01:36:56] Do, do, do these make sense to you? Have you experienced any, any of these? These thoughts or these problems and, and as you've been approaching your business, I'd be curious to me, I, I think they're really good. Okay, so then with that, we will do on topic Q and A on 10 PGB, and then we'll do, then we'll open it up from there.
[01:37:14] So Daniel, anything in there to ask?
[01:37:19] Daniel: Yeah. Rochelle is asking, why is it called 10 PGB if we are looking for five
[01:37:28] Bill: 10 total, right? 10 total. Five plus five is 10. That's why.
[01:37:38] Daniel: And she, she adds, what are your thoughts on having one niche versus multiple niches?
[01:37:46] Bill: I would say go with one. If you're, if you're, a couple of reasons, it's already overwhelming and difficult enough to start one business, and so I'd say do one at a time, you know? So you can stay focused. Now if you're talking about things that are all related to each other.
[01:38:02] So let's talk about the entrepreneurial niche as an example, right? So we've talked about that with a few people. So you have all kinds of subtopics in that niche. You have e-commerce, you have. Some you have selling courses like we're doing now. You have affiliate marketing. You have so many different sub-niches inside there.
[01:38:20] So in that case, if that's you, you have like a lot of related things you want to do. Start one business and then do one topic at a time as you move from one to the next, to the next, the next. I find that for most people more than one business at a time is just too much. Just too, too many problems to solve.
[01:38:39] Too many, too many things to get overwhelmed by. Too easy to get distracted by the next shiny object. Stay focused on your one EKI guy, and that, that to me is the highest odds of success.
[01:38:55] Daniel: Tony asks, do you think we should billboard the problems, goals, and benefits for the course titles we are offering when describing our info products?
[01:39:07] Bill: Well, we wanna do two things. One is you wanna absolutely make sure that these things are addressed in your sales materials, right? That's vital. And then of course, if you are using them in your sales material, you gotta build your course around these concepts.
[01:39:20] So, one thing you're gonna love is the tool I'll show you tomorrow. So I'm gonna give you access to a, a deep research tool that does way more deep research than what you just saw chat GPT do. And it's gonna help you exactly with that. So it's gonna let you dig deep into the problems, goals, benefits.
[01:39:39] It will create an entire course outline around them for you. And then, then it will help you build your course. It will build your course in a way that completely addresses the problems, goals, and benefits so that we can talk about it on the sales side, make it exciting, and then deliver on our promises.
[01:39:58] But yes, it is all centered around these problems, goals, and benefits,
[01:40:06] Daniel: right? Someone asks, is Kindle book publishing a niche or need I look deeper, or, and they give off some top some types of genres like romance, mystery, whatnot.
[01:40:19] Bill: Well, so I would say that Kindle book publishing kind of follows also under the entrepreneur niche, you know? I think there are some exceptions.
[01:40:26] Like if you have like. You probably have one group of authors, I would call them, right, who are not necessarily business people looking for profit. They just wanna write a book. You know, they're, they're maybe from a hobby standpoint or a creativity outlet. They wanna write a book and get it published on Amazon.
[01:40:42] So that would be like one potential niche is the, you know, the author. The second potential niche is entrepreneurship. People that just want to use Kindle books as an avenue to make some money. Both of them are big, big niches, but there are two separate ones. So do you see, when I was talking earlier about how your niche is the people not the topic, right?
[01:41:04] So in this case, the topic is Kindle books, but really we have two totally separate niche markets that we could pursue depending upon which one you like the best.
[01:41:17] Next question.
[01:41:20] Daniel: Somebody about their want wants to know if they can use Claude instead of chat GPT.
[01:41:26] Bill: Absolutely. Yeah. These, the prompts I'm sharing and the strategies I'm giving you, they'll all work. And I believe, I don't use Claude a lot, so I use it for creative writing, but I don't use it for research.
[01:41:37] I think Claude has deep research. You would probably know more than me, but you definitely need deep research. And so if Claude has it, then you're good. And I believe, here, let me see if it does. I don't know if it's restricted to the higher paying accounts, but lemme see if I have it. They have web search.
[01:41:58] Mm. I don't see deep research. So what I would recommend if you, if you really wanna use it, is let's share the screen under here. I'll make sure web search is turned on. Make sure for me I don't have it 'cause I'm using a free plan, but you can turn on extended thinking if possible. But yeah, I don't see deep research as an option here.
[01:42:27] Okay. Next question.
[01:42:32] Daniel: Alright. A couple people just wanting to reconfirm that they will receive the prompts on the replay afterwards and have access to all this great information.
[01:42:44] Bill: Absolutely.
[01:42:46] Daniel: So just keep an eye out for that once we wrap.
[01:42:49] Bill: Yeah, yeah. I'm, I'm in the back of my mind. I'm thinking about offering something and I don't know if it's a good idea to offer this or not.
[01:42:58] Daniel: Tantalizing. So,
[01:42:59] Bill: yes. I, I, I cannot decide. So I, I would like to build a tool that would help everybody just do this. But I don't wanna delay anyone. That's the problem. Right. So if I build the tool, I won't have it right away. But I, so here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna create a tool that does these two processes.
[01:43:22] And I'm gonna give it to you, but I need you to promise something. So I need you, I need everyone to promise in the chat that you will not wait for it, okay? Because tomorrow we gotta build your business. So I don't want you to wait for it, but I'll give it to you for, you can use it, you can come back and it'll make this whole process easier.
[01:43:41] And I'll just give it to you as a gift. But you gotta promise me, say, I promise in the chat right now. I'm gonna go look, say I promise in the chat. Do not wait for me to make this tool again. It will not be available immediately, and I do not want you to fall behind and miss out and not not build your business.
[01:43:59] So don't wait for it. Use the good old fashioned chat GPT tools, but I will build it for you so that you can use it later. You can use it, you know, if you wanna start another business another time or you wanna run through the exercise again, but just promise me you will not wait. You'll actually keep moving forward, not waiting for this tool.
[01:44:19] Okay? Are those promises coming in? I gotta check the chat window. Let's see.
[01:44:25] Daniel: Oh, they're coming. I, I think we can use more though.
[01:44:30] Bill: Yeah. That looks like about 30% of the audience. So I'm gonna wait let's just make sure, promise me you won't, I'm gonna, because it's gonna take me some time and some energy and co it'll cost me money.
[01:44:40] So I, I will do it and I will give it to you as a gift. But yeah, I just, I wanna, I don't wanna sabotage what we're doing here in the workshop, so as long as you promise then okay, we got enough coming in now. Okay. Thank you for that. And I guess I get double and triple promising. Thank you for that too.
[01:44:57] Good. I wanna keep everyone moving, but I also try, I wanna try to be as helpful as I can. You know, as Daniel knows, a lot of times in these live events, I have ideas of like, oh, I wanna make this or do that. And I, and while I wanna provide a lot of value, it's more important that we just keep moving forward.
[01:45:13] So
[01:45:14] Daniel: Cool. Alright. Good, good. And I think it's always good to go through the exercise, you know, get it's not difficult and it can definitely give you, you know, an overview of what, you know, doing it the short way will kind of get you there quicker. But anyway,
[01:45:29] Bill: that's true. That's true. I mean, I, there is some, like the experience of going through the process I do find helpful.
[01:45:36] So you're right.
[01:45:39] Daniel: And then the only other question I had come in here was one from Dr. Walker. They asked, what if you want to eventually do a type of niche bundling, and he, they add, for example, gift bundles, weddings, holidays, et cetera.
[01:45:56] Bill: Well, as long as they're in the same general niche, you can absolutely bundle things.
[01:46:00] And in fact, that's one of the things that I do, right? So I might, if I start a brand new niche, I might start with just one course. And then as that, as that business grows, often what I will do is I will make a bundle and I'll bundle services and done for you stuff and coaching along with the course, and then jack the price way up, right?
[01:46:20] Because it's gonna have even more value. So if I can help them implement, I can provide expert coaches to help guide them through the process I can help just, you know, like speed things up, make things better, it becomes worth more and more and more money. So those bundles can be a great way to charge more money you know, as long as they're all kind of geared towards the same niche market.
[01:46:46] Daniel: Cool. And and the last question I have here works as a good transition. Suzette says, tell me again how to find these screens. Our homework assignments will be on, so I'm prepared tomorrow.
[01:46:56] Bill: Well, the, the written guides will be emailed to you shortly. So, when we, as soon as I get to actually go off the air, we'll go to work and turn the written guides together.
[01:47:06] But on this very page, you'll be able to rewatch this video so you can rewatch the video right here on the page you're on. Soon as I'm done, you'll find that you just refresh the page and you can rewind. And and then the written stuff will be emailed to you in just a little while. Okay. So it'll be, we gotta go do it.
[01:47:24] So it'll take some time for us to finish it. I'll upload it, and then we'll email you a link to go access it and it'll have all the written, it'll have a transcript of today. Plus there's some additional written materials and the prompts that, that you get. We'll, we will all be available as soon as we have them up.
[01:47:41] We'll email 'em straight to your inbox.
[01:47:47] Daniel: All right. That, that does it for the questions.
[01:47:50] Bill: Cool. Cool. And then tomorrow, day two is really important, if you can at all be here live. So those of you watching this after the fact day two is incredibly important that you join, actually live. So if there's any way to make it work out to join me, same time.
[01:48:06] So it'll be at noon, and we're gonna start on time tomorrow. We started a bit late today. To tomorrow, we're starting exactly on the dot on time. We'll email everyone their day two links. So make sure that, you know, it'll just, it'll show up in your email inbox. We will text those of you who answered our survey and gave us your SMS.
[01:48:25] So we'll let you know as well from text. And we'll, we will start on time and tomorrow is probably the most important day to be here live if you can at all, do it. And and so, for those of you who want to head out and and go get to work that concludes the training for day one. I am gonna stick around and answer questions.
[01:48:46] So for those of you who want to ask me some more questions, we'll do some additional q and a. I do wanna remind everyone, this is the last chance for your to get access to the the Insider Club and Elite. So those were the two upgrades we offered you. We put those links in the chat. Also maybe, we'll, I guess we should probably follow up with an email too, so everyone has them, but when day two starts, that's it, that offer's off the table.
[01:49:10] So your last chance upgrade is now until day two starts. And I think that is it. So yeah, we'll hang around. I, I'll keep answering questions until you've all run outta questions. But if you're need to get outta here and get on with your day, this is the conclusion of today's training. And, I thank you for being part of this.
[01:49:30] This is gonna be awesome. Tomorrow we launch your business in just a few clicks, answer two questions, hit a button, and your business starts to get launched. For you, it's, it's like magic. As Dan Daniel, you can attest to it. You've seen many sites get built with this, isn't it, isn't it? I still, after doing this for all this time, I'm still amazed every time I build one of these
[01:49:56] Daniel: Oh yeah, yeah.
[01:49:56] The, it's, it's a powerhouse tool. It's super amazing and I have fun with it every time I dive in. So,
[01:50:06] Bill: fantastic. And the beauty of this too is that, that you can make more. So we're gonna make a business together tomorrow, but you'll continue to have access to the tools and you can make more. So if you have a big idea that you wanna try something new or you wanna go in a different direction, or maybe you feel like you made a mistake with your niche, well you know what?
[01:50:26] You can just build another one. And that's the beauty of it too. I wanna make sure that when you choose your Ikigai and you do your research and we start your business tomorrow, then even if you get it wrong and you need to start over. No big deal because you can just build a whole new business with the tools we're giving you.
[01:50:42] Okay? Now remember, it's a free trial, so you have access. It's 21 days, I believe, from the time of your purchase. You know, you'll have continue to have access to mess around with it, decide if you like the tool. If you don't like it and you decide it's not free, you, you just reach out and cancel, and we'll cancel it.
[01:50:59] But but that's how it works. And you'll all get access to it tomorrow. And yeah, so with that we'll do our additional q and a. So it's now ask me anything. So any help at all you need in building your business, pop those questions in and we will knock 'em all out and then wrap up for good today.
[01:51:18] Daniel: J Jenny. Oh, I'm, oh, or Jeannie, actually, excuse me. Jeannie is asking can you add the SMS on my form? Perhaps? I'm not
[01:51:31] Bill: sure I understand that question.
[01:51:33] Daniel: Yeah, I'm not I'll ask her some feedback here. Or Jean Jeannie. Yeah,
[01:51:38] Bill: if you're trying to join the SMS list so you can make sure we, we do message you, you can go back to the survey and answer it again.
[01:51:44] That would be probably the quickest way to get added to the SMS list, if that's what you mean. If I'm, if I got it wrong, then just, yeah, ask it again.
[01:51:55] Daniel: All right. I think I had another one from Sharon here.
[01:52:02] There it is. There it is. Do I need to get an autoresponder to do this?
[01:52:10] Bill: No. In fact, I got a surprise for you tomorrow. So I dunno how, how many people are still here? Let's see. Do I spill the surprise? I guess I can.
[01:52:21] It's like, I'm gonna give you one.
[01:52:23] Bill: There
[01:52:23] you go.
[01:52:25] Bill: Shh. Don't tell anybody. Don't. So, no, you don't need one.
[01:52:30] Yeah, you don't, you don't need one. 'cause I'm gonna give you one.
[01:52:34] Daniel: It's like staying after, after a concert. The encore. You always get an extra more. There we go. So everybody got their lighters out.
[01:52:43] Cool. I have a question from Dina here. Here we go. What if what you like or want to have a niche in is something you are interested in but haven't done or become a quote unquote expert in yourself? Example, I like financial advice on retirement, but I'm not retired yet.
[01:53:03] Bill: Totally fine. Totally fine. If it's, if it fits all those boxes, you know, where you're like, you feel like you got a knack for it, you're really curious about it, you like it and the world needs it and they're willing to pay for it.
[01:53:16] Absolutely fine. You, you do not need to be some kind of an expert or guru. You could be a complete novice. As long as you have those, it, you know, it fits in those circles. You're good.
[01:53:33] Daniel: Awesome. Sharon's excited about that. Extra bonus. Cool. And Tony asks, how can you estimate the value to your potential customers of your course, your ebook, your coaching, or your niche affiliate products so you can make revenue projections?
[01:53:52] Bill: We're gonna get into that on day three. So we're gonna talk a lot about the money making and launching of your business on day three.
[01:54:00] Generally when I'm launching a course, I, I wanna charge low ticket prices. It makes it, it just makes a low barrier to entry. It makes it easier to tell you know, if it's not selling, it's then I know it's not the price. You know, if it's not selling, then that means I need to adjust my sales process.
[01:54:17] You know, maybe I got my problems and goals wrong and I need to tweak and adjust. But what I wanna do when I launch a brand new business is I want my course to be inexpensive. So I know with certainty that it can't possibly be the price as to why people wouldn't buy it. And then later I come back and add more to it and consider raising my prices and doing bundles.
[01:54:38] And I'll talk about that a lot more on day three.
[01:54:42] Daniel: Yeah. More on day three.
[01:54:44] Bill: Yeah.
[01:54:46] Daniel: Okay. Keith asks, can we do this in more than one language?
[01:54:52] Bill: Absolutely. You'll find tomorrow the tool that I'm gonna show you works. I think it's five different languages here. Wait, let me see if I can give you a, an exact list of languages that the tool tomorrow supports.
[01:55:08] One moment while I go do that. Okay, here we go. We have English, the Queen's, English. So you got both American and British, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch. So technically that's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or seven depending on how you look at that. So those languages are supported by the business building tool you'll all get access to tomorrow.
[01:55:43] Okay.
[01:55:44] Daniel: Helping a couple people get the links to upgrade. But at the moment, no more questions.
[01:55:52] Bill: Alright, cool. Well, I'll remind everyone we are in ask me anything mode and I like to do this just so that no one's questions get left behind. So if you have any questions about what you bought. You know what's gonna be included about strategy tactics.
[01:56:08] Maybe you're worried about something you would wanna know the, the answers to Whatever anything is. Fair game, you can ask it all right now. And we'll give a couple of minutes here for everybody to get their questions in. And then we will be wrapping up here for the day. And and Daniel, just a little commentary.
[01:56:26] So I think once we take out some duplicate orders for the challenge to, for the workshop today, I think we hit exactly on the nose our target.
[01:56:36] Daniel: Perfect. No more, no less.
[01:56:40] Bill: Yeah, that's quite amazing, right on the nose. Cool, cool. And then yeah, last chance for questions. So we'll do final call for q and a. Again, anything that I can do to help you with the business we're about to build together. You know, any, any concerns, any worries that you need to get a little bit of answers or reassurances over questions about what we're doing here to, you know, in this three hour, the just three hours challenge.
[01:57:06] Anything at all, get 'em in there now. And we'll answer all your questions. Heck, you can even ask me my favorite color, what whatever questions that you wanna ask pop those in and we will finalize and wrap up day one.
[01:57:20] Daniel: Clara has a question regarding languages. Can Asian language languages be eventually be provided such as Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog?
[01:57:31] Bill: Yeah, you know, we're adding additional languages based on demand. So if you want us to support those, then I would recommend opening up. It's a really quick way to send support requests. By the way. If you just open up your email and send a request to help@pushbutton.ai, that's help@pushbutton.ai.
[01:57:53] So if that's feature requests, requests for language support or anything at all, you can send your requests there. So again, that's help at push button ai. And and yeah, based upon requests we will add more language support. We can definitely add more languages.
[01:58:15] Daniel: And that same person Clara, wanted to confirm.
[01:58:18] Are we able to listen to these questions after the presentation?
[01:58:22] Bill: Yes, we're still recording. So until I end the stream here shortly all of this will be available to watch back.
[01:58:32] Daniel: All right. Probably thinking ahead, but Dr. Walker is asking about traffic. He sort of
[01:58:38] Bill: question
[01:58:39] Daniel: Well, he think about the things,
[01:58:40] Bill: you know, thinking about the right things, but Sorry, I interrupted you. Go ahead.
[01:58:44] Daniel: No, no, go ahead. I I think you're, you're, you're right on track. We're just worried about traffic, so that was his question.
[01:58:51] Bill: Well, I mean, that's a vital part of building a business, right? We can't, we can't have a business if we don't have people to sell things to. So we will be covering that on day three. And then, I don't know. And this was Dr. Walker, I think. Yes. I don't know if you grabbed one of the one of the upsells.
[01:59:07] It is the Insiders Club. Let me just verify that, that we have some very specific traffic training. Let's see. I just wanna make sure I'm saying the right thing. Yes, that is an Insiders Club. So there is a very specific traffic training technique that we will teach you in the Insider's Club if you have that.
[01:59:27] And then I, so you'll find out I'm filled with gifts. I have many things. I'm gonna be giving you guys beyond what was promised in just three hours. The workshop. I have a surprise and you're gonna love it. It's related to traffic and I think that's all I'm gonna say for now. So just keep make sure you keep tuning in or you won't hear about it.
[01:59:50] But we do have a, we do have an additional gift related to traffic that you will really like. And yeah, you'll hear more about that later.
[02:00:02] Daniel: Gifts to plenty. Yes. Just make sure you're tuning in.
[02:00:06] Mm-hmm.
[02:00:09] Daniel: All right. Let's see here. Dina actually was wondering if you can go over the upgrade options again and what's included?
[02:00:18] Bill: Sure. Yeah. Yeah, I can do that. Let me just get screen share and fired up and I'll just I'll show you right from the page. Alright, so we got two of them and I know you know, trying to figure out the differences between the two can be a little confusing. So let's, we'll first talk about Elite.
[02:00:34] That's the first one we offered you. I think it's 1 99. And so with Elite we're gonna have a special VIP session where it actually will be on Zoom. It will not be, you know, in page like this. It'll be on Zoom with open chat with everyone. It is actually we have an, what we call office hours. This is where all of our VIPs, like people who pay 5,000 or more to have different like coaching and consulting packages.
[02:01:01] And we're gonna be inviting you in to the next session to get that. Plus I can review your courses for you. So when you build a course, if you want me to take a look at your outline and you know, give you some pointers so you know, if you've you know, kind of made the right thing, you can send it on over and we will review your courses.
[02:01:23] We also have an additional workbook for you that is exclusively for those. In Elite that's our course creator workbook. Plus we have some extended deep dive training that's only for VIPs that you'll get access to. We've got our million dollar toolbox, which is a, a, a big kind, I guess you'd call it a Rolodex to use a really ancient word.
[02:01:45] And of all the different things that we have available, the tools that we recommend, I should say plus you get or upgraded on the recordings. So the recordings will be made available to Elite for 30 days instead of the 24 hour recordings. And there you go. So that is everything there. And and the links.
[02:02:05] You can go read this, so this page you can go read everything, make sure you understand it, and then you can check out at the bottom and, and grab it. And then we have the Insiders Club. That's the other upgrade. It was a little bit more expensive. I think it was 2 99. And that's got the traffic training I was mentioning.
[02:02:21] That's we call the AI traffic trifecta. Then we have the business multiplier method that is some additional training with some insights into my businesses. So I, I actually reveal some things about how we multiply and expand my businesses. And then we have our $14 million case study. And that, again, this is one specific business.
[02:02:43] You've probably heard me talk about this on webinars before. If you've ever heard me mention My Freedom Business, the one that set me free, this is the business. And I don't really give insight into the details of, of it publicly, but you can get it here. Plus you get email coaching. So you can send an unlimited number of email questions in about your business you're building with us and you get permanent access to the recordings.
[02:03:10] And there you go. So that is the insiders and both of these links are available to you. You can go read 'em, check 'em out, but just ensure that you grab them before I start day two because yeah, this is just the second chance to get 'em before, you know, before we move into day two.
[02:03:30] And
[02:03:30] Daniel: there you go. Would like to know, I believe she. Probably has taken one or both of the upgrades, and she'd like to know when do we get these upgrades.
[02:03:40] Bill: So each night of the challenge, you're gonna get a special link. So we put the replays together, you know, the transcripts, all the materials, and then we we're gonna be dropping the, all of your materials that you get for Elite and Insider, you'll have a separate replay page.
[02:03:56] And then after the three days is over is when you're gonna get access to some of the other training, like the traffic trifecta, the case studies, all that stuff will come after the three days is over. 'Cause it'd just be a distraction right now. So once the three days is over, you'll be provided access to those.
[02:04:13] And then plus each night you'll get kind of drip fed extra stuff that only elite and insider get. And yeah, so that's the, that's the progress. And then you'll be invited into, I think, which one was it? It was, I forget to know which one has the, the VIP training. But you'll be also be invited.
[02:04:32] You'll get a Zoom notification and you'll get some emails from us to be invited into our VIP sessions. And that happens. All that happens after the three days is over.
[02:04:45] Daniel: All right. The two would like to know what about branding?
[02:04:53] Bill: Yeah, we, we'll cover that a bit on, on actually tomorrow. So we're gonna build and launch your business. And then when it comes to things like the look and feel of the brand, we'll talk about that tomorrow and how you can customize the sites that we build for you and make them look how you want them to look.
[02:05:11] Yeah.
[02:05:14] Daniel: Alright. Dina asks and this will likely come here in the next few days, but how will our courses or businesses be marketed? What if we don't have a YouTube or social media account? Can it be faceless marketing?
[02:05:27] Bill: It can be faceless, but sadly, I, I, you know, you can't escape the world of social media, so you can do faceless brands on social media.
[02:05:36] And you'll be able to pick, like, I'm gonna recommend that you probably consider at least Facebook in a Facebook page presence. Again, we'll talk about that on day three, but I do have traffic strategies that will work for you. You don't have to be like a face, you know, like a, a personal brand like me.
[02:05:52] You can, you can do this as a company brand.
[02:05:57] Daniel: You know, I've always got ideas brewing in my head, so a question that, ah, it's coming from me here. I love, ah, yeah, I love the pet niche. And as far as branding's concerned mm-hmm. What if it wasn't the company brand, but like, say an ambassador, like, I'm, I like cats, so what if that was, I created like a cat avatar who was the ambassador for that brand, and that was what people were exposed to.
[02:06:22] Bill: Absolutely. We could do that. Yeah. That seems, seems fun. In fact, with some of the video tools available now, like VO three, you could have a talking cat avatar No problem. Exactly.
[02:06:32] Daniel: Step ahead of me. Cool. Yeah. Yeah. I, I love that idea.
[02:06:37] Bill: It would definitely make the brand memorable, you know, so
[02:06:41] Daniel: yeah. Might, might be doing my own Iki Iki guy homework and joining everyone alongside the three days here.
[02:06:47] So maybe I'll share my own what I create with everyone as examples later on.
[02:06:55] Bill: That would be cool. Yeah. In fact, you can have, if I could think of it, if it's like a if you do training, you could have like a, a really civilized. Cat in a tuxedo who's very well-mannered, right? And he wants to tell you how to get your cat to behave like him, you know?
[02:07:11] Daniel: I love it. I love it. All right let's see here. I think we're coming to the tail end here. Will chat, GPT help me pick my domain.
[02:07:23] Bill: You gonna have a surprise tomorrow? So we have tools that'll help you with that. It'll find you an awesome domain name you'll see tomorrow. So it's all part of the process.
[02:07:33] Tomorrow I'm gonna give you, if you've never had a domain name with me before, you get one for free. Every new customer gets a one free domain name. So, I'll pay for it. And I'm gonna give you a tool that will help you pick an awesome domain. And don't take my word for it, Daniel. You've seen it in action, doesn't it?
[02:07:51] Pick great domains.
[02:07:53] Daniel: It picks fantastic domains, and you have your pick of the litter, so you know, it won't just be one. And I'm sure you'll love, you'll love all, you'll love a lot of them and maybe even wanna register two or three. But I'm getting ahead of myself.
[02:08:08] Bill: That's my problem. When I use the domain tool, like I, I see.
[02:08:12] I can't just pick one. I'm, I, and some of them are so good. I, I've actually gone off and it's probably, it's not the smartest thing to do, but I go off and register like three or four domains that have just, they end up sitting there. They get like a, like some sort of a collection on the shelf. I don't know.
[02:08:29] Daniel: That's gotta be, I think the, maybe the third or four fourth bonus you've teased. So, you know, just a reminder for everyone to do their homework, but attend day two, day three, and make sure you're sticking with us till the end. 'cause there are surprises galore.
[02:08:45] Bill: Yeah. And I wanna point something out too. So if you think about, you know, if you really think about what you've heard me talk about today and what I am giving you for bonuses, and you think about the whole problems and goals angle, have you noticed that the bonuses that I give out are uniquely to solve your problems and help you achieve your goals?
[02:09:08] Right. Almost like I thought about it ahead of time. So yes, I use and practice what I preach is the point. So everything that we're doing in this challenge and everything that you will do with me going forward as we help you build your business my business is geared to help you solve those problems and achieve those goals.
[02:09:28] Like e every step of the way. That's, that's, that is our whole company is aligned to doing only that. And that is how, that's how we grow our company. But more importantly, it's how I make sure I serve you very well. And and you have a bunch of goodies that are coming to help you solve those problems and achieve those goals that you have with your business.
[02:09:52] Cool. So does that wrap us up?
[02:09:55] Daniel: One more from Tony. Here is, yeah, if you already own the domain that will be used for the business, can it be transferred and hosted?
[02:10:03] Bill: Yes. You don't have to transfer it. You can just point it. So we'll, we'll give you instructions on how you can take your existing domain and just point it at our system.
[02:10:11] And then everything will just work.
[02:10:15] Daniel: And an easy one from Cress. Do I need a website to start the business?
[02:10:21] Bill: You'll have a website by the end of the day tomorrow.
[02:10:25] Daniel: Exciting. See?
[02:10:26] Bill: Yes, you'll need one, but we're gonna build it for you.
[02:10:31] Daniel: And this is also from Cress, which I love it. It's a continuation. By the end of day three, will I have a business up and running to generate income?
[02:10:39] Bill: Yes. So what I can promise you is the business will be launched, like if you follow along and you do the steps, right? It all requires that you actually do the, the steps that I'm showing you.
[02:10:49] If you do that at the end of day three, your business will be launched. You'll have a domain name, a website, a course for sale on the internet, and a way for people to give you money. And all of those things will be complete by the end of day three. Also I'm gonna arm you with some traffic strategies.
[02:11:07] So you, you probably won't have traffic on day three, but you'll know how to get it and you'll have everything in place to start taking orders.
[02:11:18] Daniel: And Dawn is curious how much are extra domains?
[02:11:22] Bill: I, the price had recently increased. So what we do is we just pass on the cost of, like, we're on a, a domain registrar. And so the it's called ican and the whole like, infrastructure behind the scenes, it costs us, I think about $13, 13 nine a year to, to give you domains.
[02:11:41] So I just passed that direct cost onto you. So as of right now, I think it's 1399 a year, might be 14, 9, 9 a year. But so it's whatever the hard wholesale costs that I pay to be a registrar. I just, I pass that on to you. So yeah, something like 13 or 14 bucks.
[02:12:02] Daniel: And then finally Dr. Walker is curious of any reoccurring fees that he should be aware of.
[02:12:09] Bill: Yes. So that is the free trial that I've been mentioning throughout today is there is a recurring fee for that. So should you choose to keep the sites that we build for you, so we're gonna build the business and I'm gonna give you a bunch of gifts, like an email marketing platform and some other stuff.
[02:12:28] If you want to keep them all. Then yes, there will be a recurring charge that will start 21 days from when you made your initial purchase.
[02:12:41] Daniel: All right. That's all I have.
[02:12:43] Bill: Alright, cool. Then with that, we are done with day one, so I'm excited. I hope you are, and I can't wait to see you tomorrow. We're gonna launch something awesome together. So with that, I'll head outta here. We'll see you next time. Bye for now.
